Each residence takes advantage of a bed and breakfast service. Upon arrival, guests will be welcomed to their residence, with a hotel concierge on-hand to assist with any queries. Valet parking will make sure your vehicle is safely parked as you arrive. Butler and room services are also available should you require during your holiday. Each morning, guests will receive a breakfast to fuel long days' skiing in Soldeu, served as you wish in the hotel or in your own luxury residence. The minibar in your room offers free soft drinks, that are refilled once per day. A selection of luxury bathroom toiletries, bathrobes, slippers, and Egyptian cotton bed linen is also supplied to you.

The Hermitage Mountain Residence places high importance on gastronomy, featuring a selection of 8 high-quality bars and restaurants in the hotel, that are sure to delight for all occasions. The Koy Hermitage Gourmet Restaurant transports you to a delectable world of Japanese cuisine, featuring uniquely presented dishes and carefully selected ingredients, as prepared by the restaurant's own Michelin-star chef. The Ibaya Restaurant, a Michelin-star restaurant, offers cuisine that showcases creativity and identity with full flavours. La Gourmanderie 1.850 further promises a gourmet dining experience, a place where guests can relish a selection of dishes and appetisers as a family. Hermitage Tradició Restaurant promises a unique culinary experience. And if you're after a more relaxed food and drink experience, then The Glassbar 1850 (the hotel's main bar), Sol I Neu Pizzeria, La Tofana Restaurant and The Villager Tapas & Wine are all perfect choices, whilst still maintaining the hotel's 5-star standards.
The Sport Wellness Mountain Spa
The Sport Wellness Mountain Spa's 5,000m² takes ultimate wellness and post-ski relaxation to the next level. Spread across 5 floors, this immense, serene environment promises a refreshing and rejuvenating experience, with wonderful mountain views. Offering treatment rooms, a Hydromassage area, saunas, and a Hydrotherapy circuit, all centred around the extravagant indoor swimming pool. Beauty and well-being treatments can be organised, utilising the full selection of ecological and anti-ageing products available. Children under the age of 13 years are not permitted access to use the spa.
Kids Club
Featuring a range of different services and recreational activity programmes organised by the hotel team, children will be fully engrossed playing with similar ages whilst under careful supervision. Children will be fully taken care of in either one of the Baby Club (0 to 4-year-olds), Kids Club (4 to 9-year-olds) or Teens Club (10 to 13-year-olds). For specific babysitting services, these can also be arranged for you, upon request. Please note that admissions into the Kid's Club and babysitting services are subject to availability and may incur an additional cost.
Concierge Service
The Hermitage Mountain Residence can also arrange additional skiing and non-skiing activities, to tailor-make the experience that your group desires. Activities such as snowmobiling, dog sledding, snowshoeing and back country skiing can be organised for you or why not speak to the team about a more specific request.
