The Property

Hahnenkamm Lodge is an incredible ski-in, ski-out chalet in a uniquely special location high in the mountains above the Austrian resort of Kitzbühel. Expertly fusing traditional alpine features with modern touches in a harmonious spot on the mountains, Hahnenkamm Lodge is an idyllic mountain retreat for up to 12 people, with five bedroom suites in total.

Occupying one corner of the chalet, you will discover the main living and dining area or Hahnenkamm Lodge. This open-plan space features a traditional stone fireplace and warm, stylish furniture for resting beside it. A well-stocked bar sits at one end of the lounge, offering a tantalising pre-dinner beverage before you head through to the impressive dining area, with ample room for all guests, where you will indulge in delicious gourmet meals. Floor-to-ceiling windows surround the corner where the lounge sits, which open up to an expansive terrace where you experience the serenity of nature and the unbeatable panoramas all while huddled around the firepit for warmth.

For a spot of relaxing, rejuvenating treatments, Hahnenkamm Lodge has a spa and fitness area for guests to utilise. Take a soothing rest on the comfortable loungers in between sessions in the steam room and sauna. There is a well-equipped fitness area for further activity. Guests staying in the Master bedroom suite have access to a private spa area of their own, with another sauna and steam room included.

There are five bedroom suites to choose from in Hahnenkamm Lodge, sleeping up to a total of 12 people. The grandest of all is the Master bedroom suite, which in addition to containing an en-suite bathroom with spa area, also features living, dining and kitchen areas and a freestanding bathtub in the bedroom. There are three more double bedrooms with living areas of their own, each complete with an en-suite bathroom with luxurious whirlpool bath. The fifth and final bedroom is a charming bunk bedroom for four people, suitable for both adults and children. As well as their generous size and elegant, cosy furnishings, all five bedrooms feature a spacious terrace or balcony, so you can experience the beauty of this location with a bit of extra privacy.

For access between the floors, Hahnenkamm Lodge features an internal lift. It also has a dedicated ski room for all your snowsports equipment.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered with full gourmet catering, complimentary drinks selection and lift passes for your arrival and departure days.

Please note, due to the remote location at altitude, Hahnenkamm Lodge is only accessible using the Hahnenkammbahn gondola. The gondola operates 8:30am-5pm Sunday to Thursday, until 11pm on Friday and 6pm on Saturday, providing access from the village. There is no possibility to leave the chalet and go to the village outside these hours, for security reasons. Please keep this in mind for your travel arrangements on arrival/departure day, as well as whether this location will work with your plans for your holiday.
