The Property

Chalech M, one of four properties in the luxury Chalech development, is a luxury ski chalet in Lech that expertly blends a chic modern style with classic Alpine architectural elements. Sleeping up to 10 guests, over three spacious floors, this six-bedroom ski chalet with private spa facilities offers a true mountain haven for a luxury ski holiday in Lech.

The main living floor sits at the top of this chic alpine chalet. A magnificent window wall, at the far end of the room, looks out onto the snowy valley, giving a beautiful backdrop to your ski holiday memories. Natural light is ushered in, illuminating the lounge area, where two welcoming deep sofas offer a place for weary bodies to rest huddled around a coffee table and 360° open fireplace. Alternatively, take a seat on the outdoor furniture of the semi-enclosed balcony, under the heater lamp, to admire the last light of day as the sun sinks beneath the mountain peaks. Back inside, the elegant dining table stands under the spotlight of an extravagant light fixture, presenting an inviting space for up to 12 guests to enjoy evening meals together. Behind this, a sleek modern kitchen lies, accompanied by a stylish island and wooden breakfast bar with high stools, for a full open kitchen experience. A cosy TV snug completes the floorspace, tucked in the back corner, which can be separated from the rest of the living space for quiet movie nights.

After a long day on skis, Chalech M's rejuvenating wellness area is sure to release any tensions built up over the mountain day. Found on the ground floor, this calming space features a sauna, Hammam and loungers to give tired ski legs the rehabilitation they deserve.

Accommodating for 10 guests comfortably, Chalech M's six bedrooms are decorated in similar style to the living interiors, complete with contemporary wooden cladding, neutral palettes and soft deluxe furnishings. In total, four of the five double en-suite rooms can be organised into twin beds, for flexibility. The capacious master double bedroom, on the first floor, is a stand-out of the chalet with a private balcony, impeccable views, fireplace, open bathroom, dressing area and reading nook. The final room is a quad bunk bedroom (sleeps 4) ideal for family groups.

For further spa therapies, guests of Chalech M will have use of the shared facilities of the Chalech building. These include a delightful relaxation area and swimming pool, gym facilities for fitness fanatics, and a tepidarium for a slightly cooler wellness experience than your in-chalet sauna. For self-driving guests, groups have access to four parking spaces, two indoor and two outdoor. Guests have use of a shared ski locker with boot warmers, keeping your ski gear ready to hit the mountain. Chalech M also has an internal elevator, connecting all floors, for ease of movement around the property.

For larger groups, Chalech M can be booked with any of the other properties within the residence, Chalech S, Chalech 4 or Chalech L.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and includes full gourmet catering, selected complimentary drinks, in-resort chauffeur service and two days complimentary ski instruction.

This chalet is also available on a bed and breakfast basis, with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
