The Property

Chalech S, one of four properties in the luxury Chalech development, is a luxury ski chalet in Lech that expertly blends a chic modern style with classic Alpine architectural elements. Chalech S is a stunning 400m² six-bedroom chalet sleeping 10-12 guests, that's well-suited for families and friends. Featuring a range of shared and private wellness facilities, it's the perfect alpine haven of relaxation for a luxury ski holiday in Lech.

On the top floor of Chalech S lies the vast open-plan living area. High vaulted ceilings, traditional alpine interiors and inviting modern furnishings compliment beautiful, undisturbed snowy valley views outside, elevating the comfort of this homely space. This is further reinforced by the central log-burning fireplace that exudes a gentle warmth and adds a glowing ambiance to your evenings, perfectly absorbed from the plump sofas and matching armchairs beside it. On the other side, a long wooden dining table looks towards two glass sliding doors, posing a stunning backdrop for 12 people to indulge on mountain dinners. At the other end of the dining table is an elegant breakfast bar, with high stools, looking into the stylish fully equipped kitchen. After dinner, a cosy TV snug completes the top floorspace, with an L-shaped sofa that's great for a movie night with the group. Alternatively, Chalech S's covered terrace invites an alfresco digestif to be enjoyed, furnished with outdoor seating and a table.

Chalech S's tranquil wellness facilities will ensure relaxation and enable you to return home feeling refreshed and revitalized. Within the chalet is a private spa area featuring a sauna and Hammam to help rejuvenate any tired muscles after a long, tiring day on the mountains.

Chalech S accommodates for 10-12 guests across six commodious en-suite bedrooms. With a calming neutral colour palette, pleasantly welcoming furnishings and striking views of the valley, the bedrooms elevate the chic alpine comfort style of the property. On the first floor, the master suite exudes elegance with a small living space, walk-in wardrobe and private balcony - perfect for the lead couple! There's also a bunk room (sleeps 2) on this floor, ideal for family groups. Four remaining double bedrooms feature, which are able to be arranged as twins for flexible sleeping options.

For further spa therapies, guests of Chalech S will have use of the shared facilities of the Chalech building. These include a delightful relaxation area and swimming pool, gym facilities for fitness fanatics, and a tepidarium for a slightly cooler wellness experience than your in-chalet sauna. For convenience, guests of Chalech S also have private laundry facilities, one indoor parking space and use of the shared ski room with boot warmers. An internal lift in the property reaches all four floors, for ease of access.

For larger groups, Chalech S can be booked with any of the other properties within the residence, Chalech M, Chalech 4 or Chalech L.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and includes full gourmet catering, selected complimentary drinks, in-resort chauffeur service and two days complimentary ski instruction. A paired back 'Catered Light' package is also available, please enquire.

This chalet is also available on a bed and breakfast basis, with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
