The Property

Located in the popular resort of Lech, The Falcon Chalet is a beautifully finished alpine property, blending traditional Austrian features with a welcoming touch of luxury. Across 450m² of living space, the chalet can accommodate up to 8 guests, having plenty of space where to socialise in and spend quality time together.

The Falcon Chalet's open-plan living area is found on the second floor of the property and brings elegance and warmth to this inviting space. Hosting and dining takes the centre stage of this chalet, with a large dining area with vaulted ceilings and views to the mountains taking the main focal point. A traditional Austrian fireplace creates a soothing and warming atmosphere for your evenings in. Adjacent, a modern kitchen can be found with all key appliances and ample space for dinner preparations. With a raised bar separating the kitchen to the dining area, there is the suitable spot for an apéritif or light snack.

Unlike many other luxury chalets, the Falcon Chalet's lounge area is tucked away as a relaxing retreat. A deep corner sofa provides a cosy place to come together and recline with a good book or even for a snooze after a long ski day! Leading off the living area, you can step outside thanks to large patio doors onto one of the chalet's many balconies to make the most of scenery surrounding the property.

When it comes to relaxing, The Falcon Chalet delivers in the form of excellent and luxurious wellness facilities. The chalet boasts its own dedicated relaxation space with a sauna and indoor hot tub, ideal to soothe achy muscles after a full day of skiing in Lech. The chalet also features a wine cellar with a selection of fine international wines (à la carte wine list) and a degustation area, to make the most of for a special evening in.

Within the bedrooms, the luxury alpine design follows through to give the rooms a classic and stylish finish. The master bedroom and two further double bedrooms are found on the first floor and each have an en-suite and access to the chalet's wrap-around balcony. The second floor plays host to a twin bedroom.

To make sure your day on the slopes starts on the right foot, The Falcon Chalet provides a ski room with boot warmers, where you can easily leave your equipment to dry for the next morning of skiing in Lech. For additional convenience, the chalet as an internal lift, as well as laundry facilities. For those arriving with their own vehicle, the chalet has private parking suitable for three cars.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a bed and breakfast basis with daily housekeeping and host service.
