The Property

Chalet Toda is a luxury three-bedroom chalet in the Lech am Arlberg region of Austria. Sleeping up to six guests and spread over two floors, this chalet offers impressive interiors and a warming homely atmosphere. It makes a great base for a luxury ski holiday in Lech.

The main living areas of Chalet Toda are found on the ground floor. Beside the beautiful wooden staircase under the high ceiling in the main hallway is a stretched sofa with two fuzzy armchairs, cosying up to the stone fireplace. There's also a traditional Austrian stube finished with detailed ceramic panels, giving off further warmth in the drawing and dining room. The intricate wooden detailing in the ceiling of the drawing room adds a stately feel to the room. Tucked into the corner is the dining table with three chairs and some cushioned booth seating, offering plenty of room for six guests. A classy kitchen of calming light grey blue tones provides a generous space to make hearty meals and also features a door onto the chalets terrace where you can take in the mountain views with a glass of fizz.

Guests of Chalet Toda can revitalise their sore muscles with a session in the sauna after their day racing around the mountains. Found on the top floor in the spacious shared bathroom, it's the ideal place to reset after your day of excitement. There is also a relaxing TV lounge, where you can switch off and sink into the green velvet sofa, resting your tired legs. Climbing the handcrafted staircase to the mezzanine, you'll find a small table beside a window showcasing views of the snow-swept Lech valley, as well as a chess board for some stimulating competition.

The three bedrooms of Chalet Toda are on the first floor, and are decorated with neutral colours for a soothing design to help guests drift off to sleep. All the bedrooms have private balconies, providing guests with a designated space for a morning coffee in the cool mountain air. The master bedroom features a dressing area plus cushioned bench seating for added comfort. It shares use of the separate bathroom that holds the sauna, a standalone bath tub and a separate shower. There are two more double/twin bedrooms, one that has a dressing area and shares use of the separate bathroom, as well as another with an en-suite shower room.

For your convenience, Chalet Toda has two outdoor parking spaces for self-driving guests and a ski storage space to keep all your ski equipment secure.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

The apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
