Chalet Überhaus is a ski in ski out chalet in Oberlech of high class and ultimate luxury, built using traditional materials in an elegant, stylish design. The chalet sleeps 10-14 guests in 5 bedrooms and comes with a great assortment of spa and entertainment facilities that will keep all ages entertained on a family ski holiday to Lech.
Chalet Überhaus oozes sophistication, with chic open-plan living areas filled with plush, contemporary furnishings. The upper ground floor is dominated entirely by the main living and dining area, where a spacious yet cosy lounge and a sumptuous dining area fit for up to 16 guests are separated by a modern, double-sided fireplace. An additional seating area can be found in the entrance hall, where guests can warm themselves on return from the skiing in front of a more traditional, stone fireplace. The outside areas of this ski in ski out chalet in Lech are superb. Several layers of expansive, south-facing terraces and balconies climb up the four floors of Chalet Überhaus, offering spaces for dining, cosying by a firepit, and admiring the gorgeous views of the pistes and mountains, as afforded by the chalet's elevated mountainside location.
One returning from the slopes of the Arlberg ski area, Chalet Überhaus is ready to welcome you to a world of relaxation with a host of spa facilities to ease your tired body. The jewel in the chalet's crown of wellness is the outdoor hot tub on the terrace, which affords beautiful mountain and prime piste views. Inside, located on the bottom floor of the chalet, an intimate, modern spa area with sauna, Hammam and massage treatment room can be found. On the same level there are also gym facilities.
On the same bottom level are the entertainment facilities of Chalet Überhaus. A bar area of refined opulence is the perfect spot for a cocktail night, with lavish seating and a snooker table helping provide a glitzy atmosphere to rival any bar in resort. Also on this floor, a dedicated cinema room, decorated in a rich, silvery grey, is well-equipped for a chalet movie night. The cinema room is adjacent to the chalet's wine cellar, and down the corridor from the bar, making trips for refreshments a matter of ease.
There are five bedrooms to Chalet Überhaus, ready to host a maximum of 14 guests. The swanky top floor Master suite is the highlight of the bedroom options, with a cosy seating area with fireplace, and private balcony that offers the best views from any point of the chalet. There are a further two double bedrooms, and then two family suites, featuring double and twin rooms alongside charming children's bunk bedrooms sleeping either 2 or 4 guests respectively. This makes Chalet Überhaus a great prospect for any family groups. Each of the five bedrooms are completed by luxurious en-suite bath and shower facilities.
There is a dedicated ski room for storage of any ski equipment, accessed by heading downstairs from the main terrace you ski in and out of. There are also laundry facilities available for guest use.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and is offered with full gourmet catering, selected complimentary drinks, in resort driver service and a ski butler.
