The Property

The Nidus residence is a collection of five spacious, private luxury ski apartments in Lech. Located in the heart of resort, they propose a fantastic option for a luxury ski holiday in Lech for families and friends, with great accessibility to the nearby ski lifts and central amenities. Nidus Apartment 2 is a capacious 195m² four-bedroom apartment sleeping up to eight guests.

Nidus Apartment 2's interiors have a minimalistic alpine chic style, creating a calming, comfortable atmosphere through open space and sumptuous furnishings. Perfect for a corporate getaway or a family ski holiday. The vast open-plan living area welcomes you off the slopes with a lavish seating area facing towards the TV hung on the wall. Perch on the inviting sofa, or in the corner, lies a timeless wooden rocking chair waiting to catch weary bodies. Sleek floor to ceiling windows usher natural light into the apartment showing off the elegant furnishings, these windows also open out to the snowy terrace where you can take in the crisp mountain air. The glowing fireplace is in a central location, spreading warmth to all corners of the property. The stretched wooden dining table has plenty of space to host your delicious dinners, on the nights you aren't exploring Lech's fantastic restaurants, seating all guests. Tucked around the corner is the fully equipped open-plan kitchen.

Nidus Apartment 2's four bedrooms offer a deluxe sleeping experience. Each bedroom's décor is consistent with the rest of the apartment's interiors, with dark wooden panelled walls and luxurious soft features such as the plush fur throws which will hold you as you enjoy a blissful night's sleep. The master double bedroom has access to the terrace area through a glass door which also brings additional light into the room. It also has an en-suite shower room. Next door to the master is a double/twin room which also has terrace access and an en-suite shower room. The final two bedrooms are double/twin rooms which share a shower room, ideally located between the two bedrooms doors.

For convenience, guests have access to a shared ski room with boot warmers, within the Nidus residence building, to ensure your equipment is ready for the mountain. For self-driving guests, an underground parking space is also available.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 8 guests on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.

The apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
