The Barn in Lech assures a high standard of ultimate luxury without compromise. Spanning 1,000m², this fascinating alpine mountain home accommodates for groups of 14 guests, boasting luxury interiors and an extensive selection of wellness and entertainment facilities.

Beautifully decorated in a style where northern chic meets alpine luxury, the interiors of this luxury Lech chalet leave nothing to be desired. The main living area exhibits a natural mountain charm, owing to a collection of sumptuous furnishings, rich colours and large windows framing exceptional views. A wood-burning fireplace sits in the centre of the room's open-plan layout, providing warmth for the living and dining areas that either side. Following a day on the mountains, the sofas allow you to rest with a glass from the wine cellar or good book in hand. In the evening, the large wooden dining table will comfortably seat the whole group together, in a fabulous picture postcard mountain setting, indulging on the delicacies prepared by the chalet team out of sight in separate staff facilities. A bar area is also found on the same floor, suitable for continuing après-ski drinks inside your luxury ski accommodation.

Making the most of the chalet's elevated position in the resort, The Barn flaunts magnificent mountain views, and there's no better spot to fully appreciate these than the outdoor terrace. Leading out from the chalet's main living floor, this sizeable space has been thoughtfully furnished with a wide range of sofas, tables, and chairs. An outdoor bar and kitchen also feature on the chalet terrace, further justifying the need for guests to venture out here.

The Barn's opulent wellness area promises an enchanting afternoon of rejuvenation in privacy. Exhibiting a luxury, subdued atmosphere, guests will have the opportunity to enjoy a swim in the pool or relax on the comfortable loungers. There's also a sauna, steam room and massage treatment room found on this floor - everything you could need and desire following a day of skiing in the Austrian Alps. For those that require, The Barn's gym facilities will enable guests to engage in an additional workout.

Located on the same floor as the wellness area, a multipurpose entertainment room invites guests to congregate and take part in the evening's recreational activities; equipped with a snooker table for chalet competitions, ample amounts of sofa space to chill and round tables perfect for cards, this space lets you unwind in true style. A projector screen offers a chance for a chilled movie night, with drinks served from the entertainment room's chic bar.

Remaining true to the palatial interiors found throughout the rest of the chalet, all seven of The Barn's en-suite bedrooms guarantee a night in luxury. Divided between two of the chalet's floors, each bedroom has been decorated to the highest standards, showcasing deluxe, dark textures that perfectly contrast with typical alpine wood cladding and snowy views framed across the windows. For an additional touch of mountain luxury, all but one of the rooms also provide access to a balcony, meaning you can fully embrace the fabulous mountain landscapes that lie before you from the moment you awake to the last time you close your eyes at night.

The Barn also features a ski room and internal elevator to all floors for added convenience.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and includes full gourmet catering, 24/7 butler service and in-resort chauffeur. Drinks are payable in addition.
