Julisam Estate, the luxury of a hotel in your very own private chalet in Leogang. Spanning an incredible 1,800m² of space, across two buildings, the chalet features all you need for an ultimate luxury ski holiday in Austria for up to 20 guests!
Julisam Estate features minimalistic decor, and you will find the interiors are spacious and light, seemingly hovering above the valley like an eagle's nest. The main living spaces provide floor-to-ceiling windows encapsulating the most beautiful mountain panoramas before you. A revolving seating area, in the chalet's main building, helps to maximise every inch of these views. With elegance at its heart, the living area also features a self-playing Yamaha grand piano, which is both a statement feature and source of ambience.
In each of the two chalets, large dining tables are suitable for seating 10 persons, perfectly positioned so that you can indulge on your private chef's evening delicacies in front of incredible views. Alternatively, head out to Julisam Estate's wealth of expansive balconies and terrace areas, featuring sheltered dining tables for a spot of alfresco eating. There is also an outdoor fire pit to relax around with fur throws, warm coats and a preferred beverage.
During your stay, revel in the 14-metre indoor swimming pool with waterfall, 6-seater hot tub or 2 KLAFS designer saunas in Julisam's wellness area, for your post-ski rest and recovery. There are even hot water floor jets and a virtual interactive aquarium in this space, perfect for children. Guests can maximise Julisam's fitness facilities for a further workout, utilising the Technogym and Life Fitness gym equipment, angled towards the mountain and valley views. An indoor bouldering wall will put your strength to the test, following a light gym session.
Julisam Estate will keep the little ones forever entertained on their luxury family ski holiday. Ideal for warmer temperatures in the season, kids will be able to play in 2 outdoor playgrounds, with over 400m² total space, on tournament trampolines, a slide, a small football pitch, a sand pit and more. Inside, Wehrfritz playhouses will let their imaginations run wild.
Perfect for games' nights in, compete against the rest of the group on Julisam Estate's stainless steel pool table, football table or multiple games consoles, and see who retains bragging rights for the rest of your stay. Alternatively, unwind to a movie in the spacious cinema room as a family, featuring a virtual starry sky over Leogang besides the main picture onscreen.
In total, Julisam Estate has 10 bedrooms to sleep up to 20 guests in divine luxury. Each bedroom has been designed to replicate the chalet's natural themes and surroundings, utilising gold, mountain lakes and the horizon, as well as high-quality original artwork. All bedrooms have the complete luxury of double (blackout) curtains and sound-insulated doors, to ensure you sleep in true peace and serenity. Height-adjustable beds will enable you to customise the sleep you desire, and retractable TVs at the foot of each bed will allow you to drift off to your current series. Eight of the double bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, with the large family suite having a shared bathroom.
For additional convenience, Julisam Estate has 10 underground parking spaces and there is also an elevator, to provides easy access between the chalets' floors, as well as a ski room, for effortless preparations ready for the slopes.
In addition to a plethora of sensational facilities, Julisam Estate also plays its part to combat climate change. The chalet generates its own power, via solar panels and geothermal heat pumps, while triple thermal insulation glazing ensures this is retained within the chalet. Julisam Estate can maintain completely CO2-free operations. A small portion of your booking fee is also given to a charity organisation that aims to help families who are less fortunate.
For a smaller group of 10 guests, it can be possible to rent out just the main building of the estate as Chalet Julisam.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 20 guests and is offered on a self catered basis. Additional services are available on request, where you can design an à la carte package as desired.
The chalet is also available on a fully staffed basis, and is offered with full staff services to include a private chef for breakfast, lunch and dinner preparations, service staff, in-resort chauffeur and daily housekeeping. Food and drink charged in addition.
Special Offer: Book for February Half Term (week commencing 15/02/25) and receive the expertise of a private ski instructor for one day, for the whole party, to help to get to know the ski region optimally.
