Apartment Soline is a beautiful apartment situated on the first floor of the luxury stand-alone Chalet Austria in the exclusive Austrian ski resort of St Anton. Across its 200m² the apartment blends Alpine authenticity with modern comfort, creating the ideal place for a family or group of friends of up to 12 guests looking to spend their luxury ski holiday in Austria.

The chalet features an extensive use of old woods and natural stones throughout, creating a warm and inviting ambiance. As you step inside, a welcoming hallway leads to the centrepiece of the property, the open-plan living area. This beautifully designed space features large windows that flood the room with natural light, offering breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains and ski slopes. A traditional Austrian fireplace contributes in creating a cosy atmosphere around the comfortable seating area, perfect to unwind with your favourite read at the end of the day. On the opposite side, the dining area, adorned with an authentic Renaissance painted ceiling, comfortably seats 12 guests, making it the perfect place for memorable dinners with family and friends. Adjacent, the fully equipped modern kitchen offers everything you need to prepare delicious homemade meals during your luxury ski holiday in St Anton. From here, you can step out onto the sunny, southwest-facing balconies that provide the ideal spot to take in the stunning alpine scenery.

For cosy evenings in, Apartment Soline also includes a TV room, ideal entertaining children or enjoying a movie night with your group.

Apartment Soline can sleep up to 12 guests across five spacious bedrooms, all complete of their own en-suite bathrooms or shower rooms. The master bedroom particularly stands out for its private balcony, and flexible bedding options, allowing the bed to be split into two twins if desired. The apartment also includes three additional double/twin bedrooms, all featuring a cosy Alpine décor. The fifth bedroom is ideal for children or groups, with adult-sized bunk beds, and a small desk.

For extra convenience, the apartment also features outdoor parking, suitable for two cars, laundry facilities and elevator access.

Guests staying at Apartment Soline can also benefit from a wide range of shared facilities, such as a sauna, Hammam and a relaxation area, perfect for soothing achy muscles, after a long day on the snow or simply relaxing in style. A shared ski room with boot warmers is also available to assure that guests are fully ready for their next day of skiing activities.

For corporate groups or large family gatherings, Apartment Soline can be booked in conjunction with Apartment Alexandra and Apartment Antoinette, which can each sleep respectively up to 6 and 12 guests. When taken together as a property, Chalet Austria can accommodate up to 30 guests in total. Please get in touch if this is required for your booking.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the apartment for up to 12 guests and includes full gourmet catering, selected complimentary drinks, in-resort chauffeur service and two days complimentary ski instruction.

This apartment is also available on a bed and breakfast basis, with daily continental breakfast, daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
