Chalet Kanzi is a duplex apartment situated on the top two floors of the luxury stand-alone Chalet Eden Rock in the exclusive Austrian ski resort of St Anton. The apartment combines luxury and alpine charm, creating the ideal place for a family or group of friends keen to spend their luxury ski holiday in Austria. With a shared wellness area with swimming pool, Chalet Kanzi provides a lovely home-away-from-home experience in the heart of the Alps.
In the main living areas, the use of natural materials, including rich woods and stone, gives the chalet a warm, inviting ambiance, while the stylish furnishings and modern amenities add a touch of luxury. Here, comfortable sofas and a wood burning fireplace create the perfect atmosphere for unwinding after a day on the slopes. The open-plan layout seamlessly connects the living room to the dining area, where an elegant décor creates a sense of occasion. Indulge in your evening's delicacies while planning the next day's of skiing. Chalet Kanzi is thoughtfully designed to make the most of its picturesque surroundings, with large windows and balconies, the perfect spot to sip a glass of wine or enjoy canapés while soaking in the crisp mountain air and stunning views.
Chalet Kanzi sleeps up to 8 guests across four en-suite bedrooms, ensuring that every guest enjoys a restful and rejuvenating stay. Split among the two floors, all rooms have been lovingly decorated with the same modern alpine design as the rest of the property. The bedrooms are spacious, with plush beds, sumptuous soft furnishings, and direct access to balconies where you can take in the afternoon sun.
Guests staying at Chalet Kanzi can also benefit from a large shared wellness area, offering the perfect way to unwind after a day of skiing in St Anton. The wellness area includes an indoor swimming pool with a counter-current system, ideal for both relaxation and exercise. After a swim, you can loosen up tired muscles in the steam room or sauna, or take advantage of the workout space for yoga and pilates. For moments of entertainment, enjoy a drink from the communal bar area, complete with lounge and dining spaces.
Chalet Kanzi also features a shared ski room with boot warmers. For extra convenience, private parking is also provided, as well as an internal elevator to easily access all the building's floors.
For larger groups, Chalet Kanzi can be booked in conjunction with Chalet Ariane and Chalet Zari, both sleeping up to 6 guests. When taken together as a whole property, these three apartments form Chalet Eden Rock, which can accommodate a total of 20 across 10 bedrooms.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a fully catered basis to include gourmet catering, an open bar and an in-resort driver service.
