The Property
Columbia Peaks Retreat is an idyllic mountain home in Revelstoke, with stylish interiors and beautiful, serene surroundings. This spacious, contemporary house features space for up to 8 guests across three bedrooms, and benefits from large living areas and an outdoor hot tub.
Constructed with two levels and 325m² of space, Columbia Peaks Retreat has a main lounge on the ground floor with a towering, double-height ceiling. Light and airy, with a fresh and modern design, the main lounge also features traditional ski chalet touches in the form of a feature stone fireplace. Tall windows help to frame picturesque, snowy views of forests and mountains outside. Settle into deep sofas, grab a drink from the bar area behind and enjoy time together as a group. Located next to the lounge, a spacious kitchen and dining area can be found. This bright and modern space has ample seating for everyone to dine together, while the kitchen has a comprehensive list of facilities for all your culinary needs.
Columbia Peaks Retreat enjoys a decked area outside, partly sheltered to protect from the elements. Out here, you will find an outdoor hot tub, ideal to ease aching muscles after a long day skiing in Revelstoke Mountain Resort. On the upper floor of the chalet, a comfortable and cosy TV lounge offers a great space for family movie nights.
The bedrooms of Columbia Peaks Retreat maintain the clean, modern design found throughout the rest of the property. There are three spacious double bedrooms, with a pull-out bed in the study for two additional guests. The two upstairs rooms share a bathroom and can be converted into twins for great flexibility. The bath and shower rooms are as equally spacious as the bedrooms, with a modern and luxurious style.
The chalet has a double garage for parking. There are laundry facilities, a ski room with boot warmers and an office space.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests on a self-catered basis. End of stay cleaning is a mandatory service and charged at a supplement of CA$700 plus 5% tax. Prices do not include taxes of 16%, which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.
Please note: Columbia Peaks Retreat is for longer stay rentals only, with minimum length stays of 1 month.
Location
Nestled on the banks of the Columbia River from which it takes its name, Columbia Peaks Retreat is a modern chalet in Revelstoke, with good access to both the ski area and the town. The home features fantastic views of the Monashee Mountains.
From the property, you are just 6 minutes drive to Revelstoke Mountain Resort (RMR), with the Revelation Gondola granting access to the ski area. At the end of the day, there's a choice of beginner and intermediate runs to make their way back to the resort. The main hub of restaurants, bars and speciality shops, located in Downtown Revelstoke, is found in the opposite direction to the ski area. A similar 6-minutes driving time will transport you to this lively and picturesque area of town.
The chalet is also just a few minutes drive from the Revelstoke Airport, for those arriving into Revelstoke directly.
