The Property

High Point Villa is an exclusive, luxury chalet in Whistler ski resort with seven bedrooms ideally suited for 14 guests. This extremely spacious and contemporary chalet is found in the secluded ski in/ski out Kadenwood neighbourhood. Perfect for those larger groups who are all about their skiing, High Point Villa comes with many facilities that will keep guests of all ages occupied.

The central level of High Point Villa is where you will locate the chalet's main living area. This vast, loft-like space typifies modern luxury living. Luxurious white sofas surround a wood-burning fireplace in an open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area. The kitchen and dining area benefits from double-height ceilings, and maintain a sleek, modern look.

There is an outdoor terrace where you will feel at one with nature, nestled amongst the snowy trees of the forest on the mountainside. Here you will find an outdoor seating area with stylish chairs, overhead covering and a firepit to gather round for warmth. This is also where you will find the chalet's outdoor hot tub. Covered by a permanent gazebo and surrounded by snow, there is no better spot for relaxation on return from the slopes. For additional wellness benefits, guests can treat themselves to a stint in the chalet's steam room on the lower floor. The chalet even comes with gym facilities, allowing you to continue your workout regime.

For a fun evening to keep guests entertained, they have a number of options to choose from. A TV lounge on the middle floor features a large sectional sofa, sound system and big screen TV to unwind with a favourite boxset. There is also a chalet games room, where you can enjoy a casual game of pool or modify the table-top for a more animated game of table tennis.

High Point Villa features seven bedrooms in total, sleeping up to 14 guests, with an additional 3 on request. The bedrooms have individual styles, ranging from chic, intimate rooms to the modern alpine style of the deluxe suite, an impressive Master bedroom, secluded on the chalet's top floor. This spacious suite features a gas fireplace, private seating area and private balconies to enjoy some stunning mountain views, as well as its own giant en-suite. There is a further double bedroom on the middle floor, with the last five being spread across the bottom floor of the chalet. Many of these bedrooms would make ideal family suites, with two sets of double or twin rooms sharing Jack and Jill bathrooms, and several of the double bedrooms featuring loft spaces with an extra bed.

High Point Villa has space for parking in both its garage and driveway. The chalet comes with space to store ski equipment and boot dryers to keep your ski boots, or hiking boots, warm and dry for the following day's adventures.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with complimentary ski shuttle service (2 x one-way trips per day between 8am & 8pm). End of stay cleaning is a mandatory service and charged at a supplement of CA$850 plus 5% tax. Prices do not include taxes of 16%, which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.
