The Property

Pinnacle Ridge 42 is an impressive three-floor townhouse, situated in a ski in/ski out neighbourhood near the base of the Whistler & Blackcomb mountains. A chocolatey facade surrounds a modern luxury chalet with space for 8 adults and 4 children over its 5 bedrooms.

You'll find the main living areas of Pinnacle Ridge 42 on the chalet's middle floor. The lounge is a bright and welcoming area to spend your day. Giant floor-to-ceiling glass windows stretch up into a double-height space, which floods the contemporary lounge furniture with natural light. A classic stone fireplace is nestled into one of the walls, while a fully-equipped modern kitchen sits across the hall in an open-plan space. To the end of the semi-open plan living space you will reach the dark brown dining table, which contrasts with the bright white walls of the interior to striking effect. The dining table can seat 8 guests comfortably, with additional room at the kitchen's breakfast bar.

From the lounge you will have access to a balcony space which lets you look over the road and down the mountain towards the village. Another, much larger, patio space can be found off the dining room at the back of the chalet. There is outside furniture here to lounge about on warmer winter afternoons, while an 8 person hot tub is there for respite from those chillier ones. There's nothing quite as satisfying as returning from a long day of skiing in Whistler and jumping straight into the hot tub to massage any aching muscles with the bubbles.

Suitable for 8 adults and 4 children, Pinnacle Ridge 42 houses 5 bedrooms in total. Spread across its three floors for that little bit of extra privacy, the bedrooms maintain the modern and clean feel of the rest of the chalet. The stylish master bedroom is found on the top floor, with double-height ceilings and an en-suite bathroom. The top floor also hosts the kid's bunk bedroom for four. There are three more double and twin bedrooms, one on the middle floor and two sharing a bathroom on the ground floor of the chalet.

You can enter Pinnacle Ridge 42 through a garage entrance, where you will find a large foyer to store all your ski belongings and a hidden laundry area too.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with complimentary ski shuttle service (2 x one-way trips per day between 8am & 8pm). End of stay cleaning is a mandatory service and charged at a supplement of CA$750 plus 5% tax. Prices do not include taxes of 16%, which will be calculated on top of the advertised rates.
