The Property

Found in an exceptional central location in Alpe d'Huez, Chalet Rêve d'Hiver welcomes up to 12 guests for a luxury ski holiday like no other. "Rêve d'Hiver" translates to "winter dream", and between its multiple stylish living spaces, great position to both town and the slopes, and wonderful spa facilities, the chalet truly lives up to its name.

Chalet Rêve d'Hiver includes multiple living areas across its four floors, with the main ones occupying ground and first floor spaces. A magnificent exhibition of modern Alpine luxury, the first floor open lounge and dining area features a cavernous vaulted ceiling of exposed beams, with two sides of the room covered by natural light-giving floor-to-ceiling picture windows. Bright wooden interiors and a traditional wood-burning fireplace combine with fashionably modern furnishings of sharp design to expert effect. A cosy alcove backs off the main lounge where you can curl up in front of the television, or alone with a good book. A glass wall separates the lounge and dining room from a fully-equipped contemporary kitchen of sleek design and ample space. Access to a wrap-around balcony from this first floor lounge allows you to enjoy the pretty mountain scenery and gorgeous weather that sunny Alpe d'Huez is renowned for. The secondary living and dining area with open kitchen occupies the ground floor, opening out onto the chalet's terrace.

Occupying the basement floor, Chalet Rêve d'Hiver houses an impressive spa area. Take a dip in the indoor swimming pool, which has a counter-current system installed allowing for full swimming workouts, and a tiled renaissance painting adorning the pool wall. A Jacuzzi and Hammam offer cocooning comfort after a long day of skiing in Alpe d'Huez, while an Italian style shower and massage room provide further spaces for revitalisation.

There are six bedrooms in Chalet Rêve d'Hiver, sleeping up to 12 guests total. All the bedrooms can be taken as double or twin rooms, meaning the chalet is an ideal choice for mixed groups of family and friends. The bedrooms are decorated in a traditional chalet style, furnished with plush beds and completed by luxurious en-suites. Two bedrooms have access to a balcony, while two include soothing whirlpool bathtubs as part of their en-suite facilities.

There is a parking space available to guests of Chalet Rêve d'Hiver. You will also find a ski room with boot warmers just off the entrance lobby on the ground floor.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self catered basis only.
