The Property

Chalet Chouca in Chamonix presents a welcoming haven for groups of up to 8 guests, looking for a luxury ski holiday just outside the heart of the resort. This beautiful semi-detached chalet features spacious, yet homely, interiors across its 2 floors, made for socialising with friends and family. For additional luxury, there is also an outdoor hot tub!

A Nordic-inspired, contemporary design, with Alpine wooden features throughout, Chalet Chouca's open living area invites you into its cosy atmosphere, complete with a wall of windows framing incredible Mont Blanc views. You can best absorb these surroundings in the sofa area with warming fireplace, or gathered around the characterful wooden dining table. Alternatively, get your head in a good book in the reading corner, situated at the back of this floor. The open, modern kitchen is fully-equipped with everything you or your private chef needs for preparation of delicious meals, and also features an adjoining breakfast bar.

Chalet Chouca's terrace area is well-equipped to fully admire glowing mountain sunsets, on those warmer evenings of your ski holiday. Take a dip in the bubbles of the outdoor, sunken hot tub, perfect for resting tired ski muscles in front of the most majestic mountain backdrop, featuring Mont Blanc and Aiguille du Midi views. Alfresco dining seats, a BBQ and loungers can also be found on the outdoor terrace.

Chalet Chouca can accommodate for groups of up to 8 guests, across its 4 homely bedrooms. All bedrooms have been lovingly decorated in calming, neutral tones, which perfectly complement the exposed wooden Alpine elements consistent throughout the chalet's luxury interiors. The main bedroom level is found on the lower floor, which consists of 3 beautiful double en-suite bedrooms, all benefitting from shared terrace access. The remaining bedroom is located at the back of Chouca's top floor, behind the living area, which also features an en-suite shower room.

There is plenty of outside parking and one space in the chalet's shared garage. The chalet also has access to shared wellness area with sauna, entertainment room, and kitchen. The entertainment space can be configured as a conference room, yoga/fitness area, or TV room to suit your requirements.

These shared facilities are shared with two other chalets in the hamlet, Chalet Kea (sleeps 6-8) and Chalet Rytola (sleeps 8-11). Any combination of these chalets can be taken together for larger groups, with the whole hamlet combining to make Le Nid des Pecles, for up to 27 in total.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with mid-stay housekeeping.

When fully catered, prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 8 guests and is offered with full gourmet catering, complimentary drinks selection and daily housekeeping. Smaller group discounts apply.
