The Property

Chalet Cotes du Lavancher is a modern luxury chalet in Chamonix with swimming pool, surrounded by breathtaking mountain scenery. The chalet can comfortably sleep a total of 12 guests across 6 bedrooms split between its main house and a separate wing. The two areas are connected through the lower ground floor, perfect for families or group of friends looking for both privacy and unity.

Laid out over four levels, the interiors of Chalet Cotes du Lavancher incorporate modern and luxury alpine design, creating a high-end quality atmosphere, featuring expansive picture windows on three sides that frame the dramatic mountain landscape. Large window walls and double-height ceilings welcome you in the spacious living space, where comfortable sofas will provide you with plenty of spaces to sit back and relax in front of the open fireplace. Above the main living area, a mezzanine level provides a cosy reading nook and a space to gather around a large table for games, or for catching up with work. On the opposite side, a large wooden table provides the perfect setting for evening meals with your group. Nearby, a fully equipped, modern, kitchen gives the chance for the nominated cook of the group to prepare a tasty meal. Meanwhile, large sliding glass doors allow you to step outside onto the south-facing terrace and into the garden, to enjoy alfresco apéritifs with your group and take in even more of the stunning panoramas.

At the end of an intense day of skiing in Chamonix, you will be looking forward to coming back to Chalet Cotes du Lavancher's wellness facilities. Unwind in style in the 10-metre indoor pool, heated to 28 °C, after soothing any achy muscles in the nearby sauna. Alternatively, immerse yourself in the bubbles of the outdoor hot tub, perfectly positioned to watch the sun set over the iconic Mont Blanc. For entertainment, the chalet also features a large cinema room, excellent for cosy movie nights with friends and family.

Chalet Cotes du Lavancher can sleep up to 12 guests across five spacious bedrooms, all complete of their own en-suite facilities. In the main house, the ground floor features an elegant double room with a stand-alone bath, as well as a flexible double or twin room. A family-friendly lower ground floor room hosts a bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, ideal for accommodating four guests. In the separate wing, the first floor comprises a flexible double or twin room, along with a cosy double room, allowing for different group configurations.

Chalet Cotes du Lavancher also features a ski room with heated boot warmers. For additional convenience, laundry facilities are provided, as well as outdoor and indoor parking for a total of 3 cars.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis, with daily morning bakery delivery service (items included) and daily housekeeping.
