The Property
Chalet Le Moulin in Chamonix is a sumptuous blend of traditional and contemporary. An airy yet yet warm and cosy chalet, its design makes use of traditional alpine architecture (it is a former mill house), along with a largely monochromatic colour palate featuring pops of colour that draw the eye.
Sleeping a total of 22 guests, it's a property that's ideally suited for several families holidaying together, or groups of friends. There are several spacious social areas, not least the large, open-plan living and dining room with its feature fireplace, Mont Blanc views, and simply enormouse corner sofa. Just slightly below this is a more intimate sunken cocktail space. On the lower ground floor there is also a generous bar/entertainment space to enjoy a few drinks together.
To complete the communal living space, there is a cosy TV snug with games, and a large, fully equipped kitchen and breakfast room. This features everything you couldneed with an AGA stove, large island and access out to one of the sunny balconies.
Chalet Le Moulin features several wellness facilities to ensure that all guests are relaxed and rejevenated during their stay. On the large terrace there's a traditional hot tub with magnificent views down the Chamonix Valley, whilst idoors there's a sauna and treatment space for massages to revive tired ski muscles.
The chalet is able to accommodate up to 12 adults and 10 children across the 7 bedrooms. The chalet's master suite is a haven. On the ground floor, it has picture windows to make the most of the alpine views from either the bed or the roll-top bathtub. Two further double rooms are both en-suite, while the final two double rooms share a 'Jack & Jill' shower room. An en-suite twin bedroom and the children's room complete Le Moulin's bedrooms. The childrens bunkroom is sure to be a frenzy of activity throughout the holiday with five sets of bunk beds, allowing up to 10 little friends to enjoy a "sleepover party" every night of the week.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with mid-stay housekeeping.
When fully catered, prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for 12 guests and is offered with full gourmet catering, complimentary drinks selection and daily housekeeping. Smaller group discounts apply and additional guests are charged as extra.
Up to 10 additional guests can be accommodated for €300 per person. Please enquire.

Location
Le Moulin is located in the quaint village of Les Tines, close to skiing and walking trails which lead the whole way into Chamonix. Les Tines is only a short 9 minute drive from the centre of Chamonix.
La Flegere lift is a 4 minute drive, Les Grands Montets 7 minutes, Le Tour 10 minutes and Les Houches 15 minutes. Alternatively it is a 8-10 minute walk from the nearest bus stop.

Personal service and outstanding properties are at the heart of everything their team does. With various accommodation packages including everything you need, as well as being involved with the pre-planning, restaurant bookings etc - they will make sure you have an unforgettable break!
For self-catered stays, you can enjoy the luxury of this property in complete privacy, whilst benefiting from an in-resort concierge service on call for any queries and to help with the pre-planning of your holidays.
When taken fully catered, a quality chef and host will be provided, so your group can enjoy a luxurious catered break to include daily breakfasts and afternoon tea, followed by canapés and a 4-course dinner, on 6 evenings.
If you don't wish to utilise the fully catered package, several additional services are available, alongside the self-catered stay, for your enhanced comfort. The following list highlights the additional services available. Please note, all prices are approximate and are subject to change.
Breakfast service: from €35/person per day. (Minimum 6 guests)
Evening meal with Private chef : From €390 for up to 12 guests. Food and drink charged at cost in addition. Chalet hosts are available to help with setting up/ clearing the table, and serving food and drinks. Chalet hosts are required for groups of more than 6 guests at €35/h.
Informal Catering Package: If you are looking for a more laid back approach to a catered chalet holiday in the Alps, then this heartfelt package could be more suited to your needs. Daily continental buffet laid out, 3-course meals served on 4 evenings (buffet style or on family sharing serving platters), wine with dinner and daily housekeeping will be included. €595 per person per week.
Additional Housekeeping: €35/h. Min 3h for 3-4 bedroom chalets, min 4h for 5-6 bedroom chalets.
Bedlinen changes: €40/person. Ironing services: €35/h.
Driver Service: To maximise your stay, why not add on a driver service to help you get about during your trip. There are various options available, whether you are looking for a private driver on stand-by or one or two drop-offs per day at set times. It's also possible to simply request evening transport to and from your chosen restaurants. Airport transfers can also be arranged. Prices on request, please enquire.
