L'Altiplano
After original runs at Hotel Le K2 Altitude in Courchevel 1850 and Hotel Le K2 Chogori in Val d'Isère, L'Altiplano has brought its Peruvian cuisine to the Hotel Le K2 Palace. Bottleneck
Le Bottleneck offers a menu of braised meat, fish and vegetables, along with cheese fondues. A dessert menu has been created by the chef of Le Sarkara**, while exposed glass walls and cellars hold a wine selection of exceptional standard, including a collection of Petrus. The restaurant is open every evening except for Saturdays.
