The Property
Chalet Aspen is an ideal option for groups of up to 12 guests, a luxury ski chalet in Courchevel 1850 teeming with character and authentic chalet features as well as offering an indoor spa area with hot tub. At Chalet Aspen, guests will be treated to comfortable furnishings, charming living spaces, and a peaceful location in the private Chenus area.
Chalet Aspen covers four floors and a generous 350m² of space, with the topmost floor of the chalet home to the main living areas of the property. The main living space exudes a traditional charm, with rustic wooden interiors, classic alpine decorations and a central feature fireplace that rises up to the towering vaulted ceiling. Plush, soft furnishings add a sense of comfort to the space, and with stone grey and neutral colours, they are perfectly in keeping with the cosy Savoyard style. The open-plan top floor enjoys a comfortable lounge area, a formal dining space, and a homely, fully-equipped kitchen. There is a further living room on the floor below. Chalet Aspen features several wraparound balconies and terraces, allowing you to get some fresh mountain air and enjoy some pretty views down the valley.
On the lowest floor, Chalet Aspen hosts a relaxing spa and wellness area, perfect for your return from a day exploring the Three Valleys. Choose to unwind in either the soothing indoor hot tub, spacious Hammam, or revitalising sauna. There is also a TV lounge on this level, where younger ones can enjoy a movie before bed.
There are six double bedrooms to Chalet Aspen, which can sleep a total of 12 guests overall. The bedrooms are wonderfully charming, enveloped in old wood and beautifully appointed in a traditional style. The rooms all come with classically-tiled en-suite shower rooms, some of which include a bath. Additionally, a master bedroom on the first floor enjoys ample space, with a luxurious whirlpool bathtub and balcony access.
Chalet Aspen features laundry facilities, a ski room with boot warmers, an elevator, and one parking space. There is also an office area in the main living space.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered with a housekeeper for daily cleaning and breakfast preparation. Food and drinks are charged in addition.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt into a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
Location
Chalet Aspen is a luxury chalet in Courchevel 1850 occupying a prime location in the exclusive Chenus district of resort, within easy walking distance to both the nearest slopes and the centre of town.
From the chalet, a 5-minute walk up the road will bring you to the edge of the red Dou du Midi piste. From here, you can ski down to the Plantrey chairlift to start your day. La Croisette, the main lift hub of Courchevel 1850, is about a 10-minute downhill walk from the chalet. Alternately, you can ski down past the Plantrey chairlift to either Courchevel Village or Courchevel Moriond, and take the lifts up from these villages.
La Croisette is also where you will find the centre of resort, with the main selection of boutique shops, gourmet restaurants, and stylish bars that the glamorous resort of Courchevel 1850 has to offer.

At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:
The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
