Chalet La Datcha is a contemporary alpine chalet in Courchevel 1850 where elegant style meets brilliant spa facilities meets top-class services. Situated in a fantastic location just minutes from the pistes and centre of resort, Chalet La Datcha has space for up to 10 guests spread across its 5 capacious double bedrooms.
Spread over 6 floors and 938m² of space, the property is a behemoth of a luxury chalet that nonetheless manages to foster a welcoming atmosphere with a touch of opulent luxury. The top floor is dedicated to the living areas, an open-plan floor that feels extra spacious due to the high vaulted ceiling, large picture windows and skylights that bestow the space with natural light. From the refined wooden interiors, to the stylish golden ornamentation, to the ornate Russian motif that decorates the fireplace, Chalet La Datcha is a masterpiece of design elements. Around the central column of the staircase leading in to the top floor you will find plenty of comfortable seating areas, a large formal dining area, and a chic bar with wine fridge beside it. There are several balconies wrapped around this top floor, from which you can admire gorgeous panoramic views of the mountains and Courchevel 1850.
Located one floor above the chalet's garage on the very bottom level, Chalet La Datcha features a marvellous floor devoted entirely to spa and wellness facilities. The main relaxation space includes an indoor swimming pool, hot tub and ice fountain for cooling off, surrounded by an abundance of chairs and loungers to relax between indulgent spa sessions. Off to the side, the spa also houses a sauna, Hammam, massage room and fitness space, this is the perfect space to unwind after a long day of skiing in the Three Valleys.
The three middle floors of Chalet La Datcha offer up its five double bedrooms, with space for up to 10 guests overall. The bedrooms are distinguished and elegant, with sleek interiors of a golden shimmer and sumptuous beds. There is a mixture of dressing rooms, seating areas, private balconies and even a private office found across the five bedrooms, with all five including a stylish en-suite bath or shower room.
An internal elevator services all 6 floors of Chalet La Datcha, while its lowest level houses the garage with space for up to an incredible 9 cars. The chalet also has a ski room.
The price is based on exclusive occupancy of the chalet for up to 10 guests and includes full staff services (chef, butler, housekeeping and in-resort chauffeur). Food and drinks charged in addition.
Chalet La Datcha is located towards the top end of the resort of Courchevel 1850, in the popular, exclusive Chenus area, with great views over the resort and the surrounding mountains.
The chalet is less than 100m, or a short 1 min walk along the Rue des Chenus that the chalet is situated on, from the green section at the bottom of the Petit Dou piste. From here it is a minutes ski to La Croisette, where you will find the central lift hub and main ski school meeting points of Courchevel 1850.
The in-resort driver service can also bring you to La Croisette in just 2 minutes. This is also where you'll find the centre of resort, with its primary selection of gourmet restaurants, luxury boutiques and classy bars.
