The Property
Chalet Maria is a large private chalet set amongst the fir trees, with a living space of around 550sqm. Built in a traditional Savoyarde style, the chalet is constructed of old wood and local stone, with old oak beams throughout giving a true feel of a rustic alpine chalet but with the addition of modern day luxuries.
The chalet is furnished in a traditional alpine style with a large central fireplace in the sitting room, warm fabrics and soft furnishings....it is a chalet in which you can instantly feel at home.
There is underground parking downstairs, a superb spa area with indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, steam room and fitness room. An elevator services all floors, and there are lovely outdoor terraces. The main living areas have a sound system, LCD televisions, DVD player and satellite television. Wireless internet ensures that you can always keep in touch. There is the feeling that no expense has been spared on the construction or fitting-out of his home.
Price is for exclusive occupancy of the chalet for 10 people and includes the services of staff and chef. Food and drink is charged on top. No travel included.

Chalet Maria is in a fantastic location close to the K2 Hotel. 250m from the Cospillot piste and 300m from the centre of 1850.
