The Property

Chalet Razzie is a wonderful luxury chalet in Courchevel 1850, located in a private peaceful area of the resort with incredible access to the slopes. This elegant alpine chalet covers four floors and approximately 600m², offering groups of up to 10 adults and 2 children a great mix of spa features, stylish living spaces, and comfortable bedrooms.

The chalet keeps to a consistent style of whites, browns and greys for an elegant alpine theme throughout the chalet. Chalet Razzie's main living areas include an open-plan lounge and dining area, which benefit from towering vaulted ceilings of dark natural wood. A stone fireplace rises up to the peak of the roof, providing a soothing warmth to those resting upon the sumptuous grey lounge sofas. The graceful chandelier hanging over the dining table adds a further touch of class to your gourmet dining experience. The kitchen remains closed off for your group's privacy, while the living floor also features a dedicated bar area, perfect for après ski at your luxury chalet. There is a lengthy balcony running across the width of the chalet, treating you to a lovely spot to catch some fresh air and admire the magnificent mountain panoramas.

On the lowest level of Chalet Razzie is a dedicated spa area. Clean whites, sharp design choices and opulent chandeliers set the luxurious tone, while the great range of facilities are on hand to offer complete serenity. There is a 4.2m x 2.2m swim-spa, operating as a sumptuous Jacuzzi with a swim-jet feature for your comfort and relaxation. You can also choose to unwind in the spacious Hammam or sauna, or choose to indulge in a bespoke massage in the treatment room. There's even a chalet fitness room on hand, with a mix of cardio and weight facilities. Outside Chalet Razzie's spa area is another relaxation lounge, alongside a pool table for those looking for some after dinner entertainment.

Chalet Razzie has been designed to accommodate groups of 10 adults and 2 children, spread across five double bedrooms and a bunk room. The rooms maintain a similar style to the living areas of the chalet, with wood clad interiors and plush white furnishings, offering a luxurious suite with a calming alpine ambience. There are two master suites, one of which is located on its own floor, both of which is accompanied by an en-suite bathroom with shower. Of the other three double bedrooms, two have the capacity to be taken as twin, and each is completed by a well-appointed en-suite. The children's bunk room is a cosy snug which shares the use of one of the other bedroom's en-suites.

Chalet Razzie has its own ski room with boot warmers, with an internal elevator for easier access between floors.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered with full staff services including chef, butler, housekeeping, and in resort chauffeur service. Food and drinks are to be charged in addition.

There is a fully refundable security deposit requirement of 30,000 Euros required for each booking.
