The Property
Chalet Sommet is a typical Savoyard luxury chalet, a perfect base near the very centre of resort and the slopes for a group of family and friends on a luxury ski holiday to Courchevel 1850. Infused with a traditional style, this spacious property features seven inviting bedrooms for 14 guests, authentic living spaces and a wellness area for your luxury and comfort.
Chalet Sommet covers four floors and a generous 350m² of interior space, with the second highest floor playing host to the main living areas of the property. The open-plan lounge, dining and kitchen area has rustic charm in abundance, with authentic wooden interiors, an open stone fireplace, and traditional alpine decorations, fixtures, and wall-mounted busts. Relax in the intimate lounge area before dining together as a group around the bespoke dining table. The kitchen is well-equipped for all your catering needs, with an open serving window that allows you to socialise with your group's nominated cook for the evening as they go about dinner preparations. Also situated on its main living floor, Chalet Sommet boasts a cosy and relaxing TV lounge area. A wraparound balcony on this level treats you with a space to relax in the peace of the snowy winter wonderland that surrounds the chalet.
On its ground floor level, Chalet Sommet features a dedicated spa and wellness area, allowing you to relax and recover after a long day of skiing in Courchevel 1850. Use the soothing properties of either the indoor Jacuzzi or the spacious Hammam to release all the aches, pains and stresses picked up after a day on the slopes.
Chalet Sommet can host up to 14 guests across seven welcoming bedrooms. Classical furnishings and exposed wood interiors give the bedrooms a homely, alpine style, invoking a nostalgic feeling to past family ski holidays. The chalet has six double bedrooms, one of which interconnects with a twin room to make an ideal family suite. All of these double bedrooms come with private en-suite facilities. Finally, there is a bunk bedroom for two on the ground floor. While this has no en-suite facilities, it has a separate WC and use of the shower in the spa area.
The chalet has a ski room to store your equipment.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and includes a housekeeper for daily cleaning and breakfast preparation. Food and drinks are charged in addition.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt into a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
Location
Chalet Sommet is a luxury chalet in Courchevel 1850, located right by the very centre of resort, in the Plantret area adjacent to the slopes.
From the chalet, you are less than a minute's walk to the nearest pistes, the green Plantrey slope. From here, you can follow this slope down to the Plantrey chairlift, or Courchevel Village and Courchevel Le Praz below. Alternatively, a 5-minute walk across the snow front here will bring you to La Croisette, Courchevel 1850's main lift hub and the location of all the main ski school meeting points.
La Croisette is also the centre of Courchevel 1850, meaning you are just 5-minutes walk from your chalet to a vast array of quality restaurants, designer boutiques, and chic bars.

At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:
The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
