The Property

Hotel Le K2 Altitude sits on the site of the old Hotel Le Kilimanjaro and has been a jewel in Le K2 Collections since 2016, a ski in ski out hotel in Courchevel 1850 with so much to offer. The hotel features 11 large chalet buildings and comprises 32 rooms and suites. As you would expect from any 5* hotel in Courchevel 1850, the hotel features an expansive spa and fitness area, as well as entertainment spaces and gastronomic restaurants.

Throughout the hotel you will see blended mixes of alpine woods and expertly cut stone. The furnishings are all of the highest of quality, and dotted around the hotel are unique pieces of lavish artwork. The main lodge in the centre of the chalet-style buildings is accessed by a number of underground walkways, and houses the reception and concierge desks, as well as the bar and wellness areas.

With its 14 rooms and 18 suites, Hotel Le K2 Altitude is a cocoon of comfort and luxury for the most discerning of clients. The rooms and suites are spacious and elegant, with light wooden interiors that give off a typical Alpine charm, and furnishings of silvery grey and regal red that add an understated touch of refinement. All the rooms and suites have sitting areas, most with individual, plush lounges, and the majority enjoy private balconies or terraces allowing you to enjoy stunning views that take advantage of the hotel's expert position at the top of resort. Pristine en-suite facilities with a mix of walk-in showers and cosy bathtubs complete the set ups. The most deluxe suite available at Hotel Le K2 Altitude is the Duplex Suite Altitude, with 133m² of space and plenty of areas for socialising and relaxing for up to 4-6 guests.

At Goji Spa in the Hotel Le K2 Altitude, spread over two floors and 340m² of space, you will be transported to a world of beautifying treatments and luxury experiences. Three massage cabins are available for a wealth of treatments to indulge in. The pool, with jet system, overlooks the horizon while the sauna and Hammam offer a sanctuary of relaxation. Outside, a hot tub battles the chill of the snow for a soothing relaxation spot. The large gym area is kitted out with the latest gym equipment and the walls are made from a Himalayan salt which is proven to give you more energy. The on site salon and barbers are available for preparing you for your nights out in Courchevel or you can pamper yourself with a beauty treatment or massage.

Experience total opulent luxury in the Hotel Le K2 Altitude's signature restaurant, l'Altitude, a decadent dining room of gold and silver upholstery with an intimate, cosy ambience. Alternatively, enjoy a more relaxed dining experience at the internationally-inspired Le K2 Restaurant. Lebanese-inspired cuisine can be enjoyed for lunch at Base Kamp by Aïnata, where an expansive terrace with firepit overlooks the slopes and provides a great space for sociable meals. Head to Le 1856 Bar for convivial drinks, with a name that was taken from the year of the first exploration of the K2 mountain range, while retiring to the smoking room provides a more sophisticated, refined space for a drink and cigar.

The children in your group will also be very well looked after when staying at Hotel Le K2 Altitude. Young children can be treated to a delightful Alpine adventure in the special snowy white playroom, filled with giant teddy bears and polar expedition tents. For older children and teenagers, a state-of-the-art games room is available with games consoles, arcade games, a pool table and plenty more to keep them occupied. Alternatively, they can head to the cinema room and snuggle up in front of a movie, the perfect place to relax on a white-out day.

The ski room and ski shop of Hotel Le K2 Altitude opens out straight onto the slopes, allowing you to ski in and out of this five star luxury hotel in Courchevel 1850 with ease, as well as providing an ideal place to store all your equipment for the week.

Prices are based on double occupancy of a "Petit Executive Room" room and includes daily complimentary breakfast, complimentary in-resort shuttle service and full use of the hotel, facilities, and spa.

For 2024/25 ski season, the hotel is open from 18th December 2024 - 5th April 2025. Minimum length stays will apply.
