The Mascara residence is a luxurious offering within a prime ski in, ski out position in the centre of Courchevel 1850. Made up of eleven high-end apartments and penthouses and with a private spa, this luxury Courchevel residence is a highly desired option for families, friends and larger groups. Mascara Penthouse Mistero presents a perfect getaway for 8 guests, featuring beautiful modern interiors and four elegant bedrooms. The duplex penthouse is located on the third floor of the residence building and spans 158m² of elegant living space.
Within Mascara Penthouse Mistero, you are welcomed into the open-plan living area, which allows you to feel right at home. Large glass windows provide natural light to spill through and brighten up the room, whilst modern furniture is elevated by the warmth of the glamorous fireplace for the perfect cosy setting. The exposed stone wall and wooden features gives the living area a traditional alpine feel, and contemporary furnishings complete the look with a more chic finish. The dining table offers plenty of seating for everyone to come together to enjoy a quality meal made in the well-equipped kitchen space. A raised breakfast bar is the perfect casual setting to enjoy conversation with your nominated cook. Leading off from the living area, a balcony offers views out to the mountains and is furnished with outdoor seating.
Mascara Penthouse Mistero consists of four bedrooms to accommodate for up to 8 guests. Three spacious double bedrooms offer guests a wonderful stay. Each bedroom features its own unique design, whilst all are partnered with their own en-suite shower facilities. The floor above is occupied by the master bedroom, which oozes comfort. Of course, the master bedroom is the standout room within Mascara Penthouse Mistero, providing guests with a more enhanced luxury experience across 31m². A private balcony displays the desired romantic setting and the Hammam shower, within the en-suite bathroom, helps to provide that extra touch of luxury.
Within the Mascara Residence, there is a great selection of facilities for all guests to enjoy. The wellness area of the Mascara residence is a true highlight with a large indoor pool, relaxation area, indoor Jacuzzi, sensory showers, treatment room and tea lounge. Outside, the wellness facilities continue in the privacy of a tranquil courtyard, where both a Nordic hot tub and barrel sauna can be found. For those keeping up their fitness levels, the gym space offers the essential work out equipment and a collection of yoga/Pilates mats.
To gear you up for the slopes, the ski in ski out residence offers a private ski shop where you can buy your latest mountain attire or hire equipment for the stay. Each apartment has a private locker to store their skis and boots on warmers. Ski instructors can also meet you here for private lessons.
For convenience, the residence reception offers the assistance of a residence manager (9am-12pm/4pm-8pm), there is also private parking and elevator access to all floors. Lastly, an underground passageway to the centre of the village, will allow you to keep dry and sheltered from the elements when taking the 5-minute walk into town.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with use of the shared facilities and spa.
