The Property

The Mascara residence is a luxurious offering within a prime ski in, ski out position in the centre of Courchevel 1850. Made up of eleven high-end apartments and penthouses and with a private spa, this luxury Courchevel residence is a highly desired option for families, friends and larger groups. Mascara Penthouse Sirio presents a perfect getaway for 8 guests, featuring beautiful modern interiors and four elegant bedrooms. The duplex penthouse is located on the fourth floor of the residence building and spans 174m² of elegant living space.

Within Mascara Penthouse Sirio, the main open-plan living area can be found on the upper level. A spacious living room and warm fireplace awaits your arrival after a long day out on the slopes. Some beautiful snowy views of Courchevel lay beyond the property, perfectly framed through the large glass windows. Across the room, a second seating arrangement adds a splash of colour to the room, providing further space to enjoy casual post-ski conversations. A fabulous dining table invites the whole family to sit together and indulge on homemade meals in the evening, in the centre of the room, whilst also benefitting from gorgeous mountain views. The fully fitted kitchen, which is accompanied by a breakfast bar, allows you to be creative and imaginative with each homemade meal made.

Mascara Penthouse Sirio's luxurious balcony can be accessed through the living room. Outdoor seating enables you to sit out and admire your surroundings in this beautiful resort, whilst sipping on a chilled drink or alfresco coffee.

In total, Mascara Penthouse Sirio has four bedrooms to sleep 8 guests. One bedroom can be found adjacent to the main living area, on the upper level of the property, also sharing the main balcony; the small outdoor seating arrangement is a great option if you fancy escaping and enjoying some quiet time in the evening before bed. The remaining three bedrooms are situated on the floor below. These bedrooms all benefit from en-suite shower rooms, two of which also have the added luxury of a shared balcony. All bedrooms feature cosy and homely designs to ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the night.

Within the Mascara Residence, there is a great selection of facilities for all guests to enjoy. The wellness area of the Mascara residence is a true highlight with a large indoor pool, relaxation area, indoor Jacuzzi, sensory showers, treatment room and tea lounge. Outside, the wellness facilities continue in the privacy of a tranquil courtyard, where both a Nordic hot tub and barrel sauna can be found. For those keeping up their fitness levels, the gym space offers the essential work out equipment and a collection of yoga/Pilates mats.

To gear you up for the slopes, the ski in ski out residence offers a private ski shop where you can buy your latest mountain attire or hire equipment for the stay. Each apartment has a private locker to store their skis and boots on warmers. Ski instructors can also meet you here for private lessons.

For convenience, the residence reception offers the assistance of a residence manager (9am-12pm/4pm-8pm), there is also private parking and elevator access to all floors. Lastly, an underground passageway to the centre of the village, will allow you to keep dry and sheltered from the elements when taking the 5-minute walk into town.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with use of the shared facilities and spa.
