The Property

The Mascara residence is a luxurious offering within a prime ski in, ski out position in the centre of Courchevel 1850. Made up of eleven high-end apartments and penthouses and with a private spa, this luxury Courchevel residence is a highly desired option for families, friends and larger groups. Mascara Residence 8 represents a collection of 6 apartments ranging from 126m² to 155m². Five of these apartments include 3 bedrooms plus a further bunk bedroom. The remaining property houses 2 double bedrooms and a quad bunk room. All apartments can sleep up to 8 guests.

The apartments of Mascara Residence 8 each demonstrate a traditional-chic alpine style and offer a typical open living area. The spaces blend natural elements such as exposed stone and wooden beams with more contemporary furnishings in neutral grey tones. A warming fireplace is offered in each apartment to set the scene for cosy evenings in. Each apartment proposes guests a spacious dining area and fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to make all necessary mealtime arrangements. The living spaces are bright and airy thanks to the large doors leading out onto the apartments private balconies, looking over the pistes. All apartments are finished in a similar style except for Apartment Tintoretto, the premium property of the collection, which as a duplex, offers a living space under vaulted ceilings and wooden cladding for a lovely homely feel. It also has a second cosy lounge area.

Each apartment of the Mascara Residence 8 collection offers three main double or twin bedrooms and a final bunk bedroom suitable for children. These are perfect family apartments sleeping up to 8 guests. While each of the main double/twin bedrooms benefit of en-suites and views over the mountains from their windows or balconies, the children's room is tucked away as a little haven for a good night's rest. The style of the bedrooms is similar to the main living spaces with a simplistic design and comfortable furnishings. All apartments are an equal standard and style. However, Apartment Brunello offers just 2 doubles and a bunk bedroom for 4 children.

Within the Mascara Residence, there is a great selection of facilities for all guests to enjoy. The wellness area of the Mascara residence is a true highlight with a large indoor pool, relaxation area, indoor Jacuzzi, sensory showers, treatment room and tea lounge. Outside, the wellness facilities continue in the privacy of a tranquil courtyard, where both a Nordic hot tub and barrel sauna can be found. For those keeping up their fitness levels, the gym space offers the essential work out equipment and a collection of yoga/Pilates mats.

To gear you up for the slopes, the ski in ski out residence offers a private ski shop where you can buy your latest mountain attire or hire equipment for the stay. Each apartment has a private locker to store their skis and boots on warmers. Ski instructors can also meet you here for private lessons.

For convenience, the residence reception offers the assistance of a residence manager (9am-12pm/4pm-8pm), there is also private parking and elevator access to all floors. Lastly, an underground passageway to the centre of the village, will allow you to keep dry and sheltered from the elements when taking the 5-minute walk into town.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of 'Apartment Brunello' for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with use of the shared facilities and spa.

If Apartment Brunello is unavailable, prices are based on the next lowest priced available apartment.

Apartment upgrades possible at a supplement charge. Apartments Avorio, Castano and Michaelo are priced the same as one another, Limeo is a further extra charge and Tintoretto Duplex is the most premium of this collection.
