The Property

Chalet Irbis is the perfect family getaway in Courchevel Le Praz. This luxurious alpine-style property boasts 356m² of comfort, housing five bedrooms and sleeping 10 guests, with some spacious lounge areas and pleasant wellness facilities.

The main living area occupies the top floor of this property. Most of the interior within Chalet Irbis contains wooden cladding for that typical mountain design. The open-plan layout and high vaulted ceilings separates Chalet Irbis from most. Large floor to ceiling windows spill through incredible light and frame some breathtaking mountain views. The entire room is centred around the impressive fireplace. Roomy modern sofas create two social seating arrangements, one of which is nicely complimented by a TV. At the end of the day, sink into the sofa with your feet up, and escape with your favourite film. The expansive dining table is fit to host the whole family during each mealtime. The kitchen shows off modern yet slightly rustic designs, with a neat breakfast bar that encourages conversation. A lovely wraparound balcony mirrors the living area, so you can walk out and admire the beautiful surroundings of Courchevel Le Praz.

Chalet Irbis also hosts some luxurious wellness facilities. Enjoy a relaxing session in the sauna or hammam, ensuring you are fully recovered for the next big day of skiing in Courchevel ahead. A relaxation area is also included with Chalet Irbis, allowing you to unwind between wellness sessions.

The five bedrooms within this glamorous property ooze comfort. Each bedroom maintains the same wooden design that the living areas feature. The simple, elegant layouts enable you to feel right at home within Chalet Irbis, despite being near the heart of Courchevel Le Praz. The master bedroom takes the top spot, elevated by the wonderful snowy views, which can be seen from the balcony. The master bedroom also holds a dressing room and en-suite for your convenience. Out of the remaining four bedrooms, two can be arranged into twin rooms for added flexibility. All bedrooms benefit from dressing areas, balconies or terraces, and stylish en-suites.

A garage is included with this property, for anyone who is driving to their luxury ski holiday in Courchevel. A spacious ski room with boots heater is also accessible, so you can easily store your ski equipment after each day, ready for the next morning.

Chalet Irbis can be rented in conjunction with Chalet Khoton, which are connected through Chalet Khoton's wellness area. When taken together, the chalets can sleep up to 20 guests, with space for all 20 in Chalet Khoton to dine together. An additional 8 adults and 4 children can then be accommodated in the other neighbouring chalet, Chalet Beloukha.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and includes a housekeeper for daily cleaning and breakfast preparation, and a shuttle service to and from the slopes. Food and drinks are charged in addition.
