Aspen Lodge A31 is a luxurious four-bedroom duplex apartment in the Aspen Lodge residence of Courchevel Moriond. Sleeping up to 8 guests over its two floors and offering a fantastic location for ski access, it's exactly what you would want from a luxury property rental in Courchevel Moriond.
The spacious open-plan living area of Aspen Lodge A31 is filled with natural light from the floor to ceiling windows, showcasing a breathtaking view of the Courchevel valley. A corner sofa sits before a TV in the sumptuous lounge area, here you can unwind after your exciting day on the mountain. The dinner table and sleek kitchen area sit below a high vaulted ceiling looking out of the picture windows. The kitchen is fully equipped for your group's designated chef to make delicious meals. From the living area, glass sliding doors lead you out onto two balconies perfect for enjoying the scenic, snowy surroundings in the fresh mountain air.
Aspen Lodge A31's four inviting bedrooms are styled with traditional alpine woods for a warm, welcoming design. Soft fur throws and plump pillows elevate the comfort of the rooms and ensure a restful night of sleep for all. There are three double bedrooms sleeping up to six adults and a small bunk room suitable for two children. Two of the double bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms, and the last one shares use of a separate shower with the children's bunk bedroom.
For your convenience, guests of Aspen Lodge A31 have access to a ski locker with boot warmers in the residence's ski room, a designated parking space is also provided for self-driving guests on request.
Prices are for exclusive use of the property for up to 8 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with housekeeping twice a week.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt into a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).

Aspen Lodge A31 is located in an enviable position in the centre of Courchevel Moriond, close to the main snow front and resort's amenities. The apartment lies in the Aspen Lodge Residence which lies just 150m away from the main Ariondaz gondola and ski school meeting point - an ideal location for families or groups with beginners.
Aspen Lodge A31's central location ensures easy access to an array of shops, bars and restaurants that Courchevel Moriond has to offer, making it perfect for exploring the resort. For non-skiers, the Aquamotion Courchevel swimming centre sits just a few minutes drive from the property, about 1km away. Additionally, the famous resort of Courchevel 1850, with its luxury boutiques and gourmet restaurants, is an approximate 7-minute drive away from Aspen Lodge A31.

The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
