The Property

Situated in the Belvédère district of Courchevel Moriond, Chalet Allnatt invites groups of up to 10 guests to experience a stay in stylish luxury. Featuring bright and spacious open-plan living areas, lovingly decorated and finished with high quality furnishings, this 167m² chalet is perfect for your next self catered luxury ski holiday.

With an airy, modern design, the main open-plan living area of Chalet Allnatt provides a welcoming space to unwind as a group after a long day on the slopes of the Three Valleys ski area. Sit back and relax on the comfy sofas in front of the warmth of the log burner fireplace, dine together around the sizeable wooden table and prepare meals in the contemporary, fully-equipped kitchen. The main living space sits under extra-high ceilings and is blessed with plenty of natural light from towering windows around the room. Off the end of the lounge and dining space you are granted access to a balcony, a lovely space to enjoy the alpine air and gaze out on views stretching down into the valley.

Situated the opposite end to the balcony, on the same main living floor, Chalet Allnatt features a second smaller balcony where you will have access to the outdoor hot tub. This hot tub presents an enticing spot to unwind after skiing, where you can soak any achy legs and enjoy the calming mountain atmosphere. Located a floor up, a mezzanine snug with a TV awaits, suitable more for children due to its very low hanging wooden beams and bean bag chairs.

In total, Chalet Allnatt accommodates for up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms. There are four double bedrooms split between the first and second floors, all with access to shared balcony spaces and completed by well-appointed en-suite shower rooms, one with the added luxury of a bathtub. The final bedroom sits on the basement level, a cosy children's bunk room for two younger guests, making the property a good option for a family ski holiday to Courchevel Moriond.

There is a garage with parking for 2 cars available. For additional convenience, an internal elevator runs between the four main floors of the Chalet Allnatt, although it doesn't travel up to the mezzanine.

For larger groups, you could consider taking Chalet Allnatt alongside the adjacent property, Chalet Centenary which is offered on a bed and breakfast basis and sleeps up to 12 guests, making the combination suitable for 22 in total.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the apartment for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with mid-week housekeeping.

Location

Chalet Allnatt is perfectly situated in the exclusive Belvédère neighbourhood of Courchevel Moriond (1650). The chalet is in an excellent location, close to the ski slopes, with fabulous views over the valley, whilst also being in close proximity to the village centre.

This enviable location allows guests to benefit from a close to ski-in, ski-out location, with the chalet located just 50m from the green Belvédère piste that runs down into the village, where you will find the ski school meeting points and main Ariondaz gondola station.

You are an easy 10 minute walk, or 2-minute drive, from the shops, bars, and restaurants of Courchevel Moriond. The Aquamotion swimming complex is located just 3 minutes away by car, with the luxury resort of Courchevel 1850 only 7 minutes drive away.

Services

For those looking for a traditional luxury ski holiday, this stylish mountain home offers guests a self catered service with all the trimmings. From the moment you arrive into your luxury ski accommodation, the resort team will ensure you will be well-looked after. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a personalised welcome, complete with a welcome pack of essentials for the week, to ensure your luxury ski holiday begins in the best possible way! Beds will be made up for arrival and the property will be set up with all you could need, from luxury toiletries in the bathrooms to bathrobes and slippers for the hot tub. The team will even be round for some mid-week housekeeping, a nice refresh to the property halfway through your holiday.

The concierge service will be able to recommend and book any restaurant reservations, letting you experience the best bars and restaurants in resort and on the mountain for lunch and dinners. In addition to this, they are also on hand to assist with any queries you have about the resort and ski area. Additional services can be arranged (at an extra cost), including ski equipment rental, massage treatments, additional cleaning, baby equipment and additional parking, can be organised for you. Please note, this operator provides these additional services in-house, working with trusted partners in resort. Should you opt to arrange your own service providers, and they need access to the property (for example, in-chalet equipment fitting, massages and beauty treatments), this will incur an extra fee for access to the property. Should you wish to arrange an additional service that the operator are unable to provide (for example, private chefs), an access badge to the property will be provided at no additional cost, with advance notice given prior to arrival.
