The Property

Chalet Licorne is a ski in/ski out chalet in Courchevel Moriond with a distinctly modern luxury style. Accommodating up to 10 adults and 4 children in six bedrooms, this chalet is great for families, and features both a delightful spa with swimming pool and a dedicated children's playroom.

The ground floor of Chalet Licorne is home to its main living and dining area, a bright, spacious room with light wooden interiors and contemporary luxury furnishings for all to enjoy. The lounge benefits from an extra-high ceiling, a stylish ethanol fireplace and a viewing window down into the spa area on the floor below. Table football separates the lounge from the open-plan kitchen and dining space, where you will find fashionable seating by the long dining table or at the kitchen's breakfast bar, with a fully-equipped open kitchen that has ample room for preparing evening meals. The airy space has a very Scandinavian feel to its design, the living areas are clean and simple, while still being of a luxury quality that you would come to expect from a ski in/ski out chalet in Courchevel.

Chalet Licorne benefits from a magical spa area, the perfect spot to unwind on return from skiing. An indoor swimming pool and indoor sunken Jacuzzi sits underneath a starry ceiling of twinkling lights, offering pleasant soaks and cocooning comfort. Backing off the Jacuzzi, you will find Chalet Licorne's gym facilities, with a Hammam nearby to round off the wonderful wellness facilities. A viewing window from above looks down on the pool, allowing parents to keep a watchful eye on children from the comfort of the chalet's lounge.

The chalet comes well-equipped with a number of exciting features for entertaining guests of all ages. In addition to the table football in the main lounge, there is a children's playroom on the lowest level, complete with vibrant, colourful furnishings, a games console and several additional games and activities for children to enjoy. Up on the ground floor, a TV lounge makes for a cosy spot to catch up on your latest favourite show.

There are six bedrooms to Chalet Licorne in total, sleeping 10 adults and 4 children. The bedrooms are generously sized, with sleek interiors and soft beds or luxurious comfort. Guests will have the option of two master bedrooms on the top floor and three double bedrooms on the floor below, with the final room a children's bunk bedroom for 4 guests. Most rooms have the luxury of a balcony to enjoy gorgeous views across the valley, while every room is finished by its own en-suite bathroom.

There is a garage on the lowest floor of Chalet Licorne for private parking, while the spa floor also contains laundry facilities and a large ski room with boot warmers, perfect for storing your equipment and getting ready before a day of skiing the Three Valleys. There is also an internal elevator for travelling between the chalet's five floors.

Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 14 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with mid-week housekeeping.
