The Property

A contemporary chalet in Courchevel Moriond, Chalet Overview is 400m² of style and substance, with luxury interiors that exemplify Alpine chic, and a whole host of facilities to keep everyone enraptured throughout your stay. With five en-suite bedrooms sleeping up to 10 guests, this chalet is ideal for larger family groups looking to experience a luxury ski holiday to the Three Valleys.

The first floor of this four floor chalet is home to the living areas. A vibrant and comfortable lounge occupies one half of the floor, separated from the kitchen and dining area by a sleek black central fireplace. Stylish modern furnishings fill the lounge, which has a ceiling that opens up to double height at its far end. Tall windows then open out onto a private balcony with views through the snowy pines of the surrounding mountains. A large round dining table sits next to the slate grey kitchen, which is large and state-of-the-art, with ample room to prepare dinners when not trying out the nearby restaurants in the centre of town. There are several more balconies on this floor, providing different perspectives of the stunning mountain scenery.

In the basement level of Chalet Overview, you will be delighted to discover several spa and wellness facilities. The focal point of this wellness area is the giant sunken hot tub, large enough for all guests to enjoy a calming soak together post-ski activities. There is also a large Hammam for rejuvenating steam baths, a private massage room and a chalet gym with both cardio and weight machines.

This basement level of Chalet Overview isn't just limited to solely wellness. When you're finished indulging in pampering spa treatments, head to the recreation area. Here you can grab a refreshing drink from the bar before competing at the pool table. Or simply sit back and relax in the TV lounge, which has a big TV screen and ambient lighting, alongside a privacy curtain that can be pulled across to enjoy a home cinema experience.

There are five bedrooms to Chalet Overview, sleeping a maximum of 10 guests in total. The top floor hosts two Master double bedrooms, with stylish furnishings, vaulted ceilings and modern wooden interiors that celebrate the chalet's Alpine inspiration. One of these Master bedrooms features an open-plan bathroom with freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower, while the other has a private balcony with the best views from the whole chalet. The other three bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, two twin rooms and a double bedroom, offering versatility in sleeping arrangements.

For your convenience, each floor of Chalet Overview is serviced by an internal elevator. There is a ski room with boot warmers on the ground floor, and laundry facilities on the basement level. You will also have access to garage parking should you choose to drive to Courchevel Moriond for your luxury ski holiday.

Price is for exclusive occupancy of the chalet for 10 people and includes the services of housekeeper for daily cleaning and breakfast preparation. Food and drink is charged on top.
