Ultima Courchevel is a unique complex covering a total 6,100 m² and features 13 private chalets across two plots. In total there are four Grand Five Bedroom Residences, all of which are found on the Northern plot. They are an ideal base for groups looking for complete privacy whilst still enjoying incredible hotel style facilities at their fingertips.
Each of the Residences follow the Ultima look, and harmoniously blend a traditional alpine character with high end materials and furnishings, offering contemporary flair. The Grand Five Bedroom Residences feature an impressive open-plan living and dining area with a feature fireplace at its centre. There is also a fully equipped modern kitchen, so you can really feel at home during your stay. A separate bar can be stocked with all of your preferred drinks so that you can relax in the evenings after a long day on the pistes.
Leading off from the lounge area, you will find a good size terrace offering breath-taking views of the mountain, La Rosière Forest and ski area. Ultima Courchevel Belvédère's exceptional position offers guests the opportunity to discover an unspoilt natural paradise in the heart of the Three Valleys.
The 5 master-suites are all fully en-suite and also feature dressing rooms and balcony access for that added luxury. With delicate fabrics, leather bedheads and marble bathrooms, these exquisite suites will ensure guests feel completely at home with the highest level of comfort.
Guests will also have access to the incredible facilities within the northern complex, including a gym and a spa with an indoor swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi, sauna and Hammam. Here, there's also the opportunity to pamper yourselves in the designated treatment rooms. The southern side of the Ultima Resort, which is a minute walk away from the northern complex, hosts Ultima's bar and private dining room, where guests staying within the Ultima Courchevel Residence can enjoy a drink or meal in the evenings. There is also a cinema room which can be booked for a private screening on request.

Ultima Courchevel is situated in the Belvédère neighbourhood of Courchevel Moriond 1650. The northern side of the resort, where the Grand Five Bedroom Residences are located, sits just across the road from the Belvédère piste, meaning you can be on your skis in just a couple of minutes. The Belvédère is a green run leading down into the village where you will find the ski schools and main gondola station, connecting you into the wider Courchevel area. With a drag lift directly passing the complex, you are in an ideal spot to watch any children in your group learning to ski for the first time.
Courchevel 1650 is just a 10-minute walk from the chalets, and Courchevel 1850 can also be accessed in 10-15 minutes by road. For guests wishing to arrive to the Courchevel 1850 Altiport, the chalets are just a 20 minute drive away.
