The Property
Chalet Kibo is a magnificent modern chalet situated right in the heart of Courchevel Village. With 320m² of living space spanning over five floors, this five bedroom chalet is a great option for your next luxury family ski holiday to the Three Valleys.
A smart contemporary design can be found in the spacious open-plan living area occupying the top floor of Chalet Kibo. Double height vaulted ceilings open the space further, stretching the floor to ceiling windows welcoming a wealth of natural light and framing an awe-inspiring view of the snow swept mountain scape. A central fireplace separates the floor, on one side an inviting lounge area with two comfy sofas and ottomans welcome you back from the mountain. On the far side lies the dining area in a prime position looking out on the spectacular scenery, providing a picturesque backdrop as you gather for your delicious meals. At the far end of the dinner table, you can find a breakfast bar with four high stools looking into the cool grey kitchen, creating a social space to entertain your designated chef as they produce culinary delights. Glass doors lead you from the living area onto the top floor terrace and balconies, where you can admire your scenic surroundings in the fresh mountain air.
After a thrilling day on the slopes of Courchevel, where's better to unwind than in your own private spa? Heading down to Chalet Kibo's first floor, you will find the neatly appointed wellness centre. Complete with an indoor hot tub, and steamy hammam it's the perfect way to revitalise your tired muscles. Loungers in the spa encourage you to linger and enjoy the relaxing space. Also found on the first floor is a cinema room providing evening entertainment to all ages with a family favourite blockbuster.
Chalet Kibo's five cosy en-suite bedrooms ensure a comfortable night of sleep for all their guests. The bedrooms continue the contemporary style of the chalet, with light wood interiors and sumptuous furnishings. The master bedroom features a modern en-suite bathroom with a rolltop bath, for an added touch of luxury, as well as access to a shared balcony. All the bedrooms have access to the surrounding garden or a shared balcony.
For your convenience, guests of Chalet Kibo have use of a ski room to store all their equipment ready for the mountains. An elevator runs between all floors of the chalet for easy access.
The prices are for exclusive occupancy of the chalet and includes the services of a housekeeper for breakfast preparation and service. Food and drink is charged on top.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt into a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
Location
Chalet Kibo sits in an enviable ski-in location on a private hamlet in Courchevel Village.
Offering easy access to the slopes, the nearest ski lift is the Grangette gondola just 160 meters down the road, taking a short 3-minute walk and whisking you away to Courchevel 1850. For groups with beginners, the ski school meeting point and beginners area by the Roy button lift is only a 5-minute walk away. Nearby the button lift is the Tovets chairlift, making it easy to start your ski day after dropping off the learners.
Chalet Kibo is a 5-minute walk from the centre of Courchevel 1550 where you can find some shops, bars and restaurants to peruse during your stay. In the evenings, you can also access Courchevel 1850 via the Grangette gondola, which runs until 11:30pm for evenings in the opulent heart of the Three Valley.

At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:
The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
