Apartment Chez Joseph is a luxury apartment situated on the ground floor of Chalet La Douceur, an old converted farmhouse located in the popular ski resort of La Clusaz. The apartment offers 90m² of traditional, yet modern, comfortable living spaces and three bedrooms, creating the perfect setting for a small family or group of friends.
Apartment Chez Joseph offers simplified luxury for a self-catered stay in La Clusaz. Upon entering the property, you will find a welcoming living space. A cosy sofa area provides plenty of seating for a small group and sits adjacent to the wood burning fireplace. It is a perfect base to return to and warm up and socialise in after a long day of skiing out in the cold. Adjacent, the family dining is ready for you to enjoy the evenings' delicacies which your group can prepare in the well-presented, modern kitchen.
Leading through the large French patio doors, guests can benefit from a lovely south-facing terrace with stunning views over the Aravis valley.
In the three bedrooms of Apartment Chez Joseph, you'll find comfortable beds, quality linen and a chic Alpine finish, ensuring you have a good night's sleep after a long ski day. There is one master bedroom with access onto the patio and an en-suite shower room. The remaining two bedrooms are of similar size and share a shower room and separate WC, off from the main living area.
Apartment Chez Joseph, is one of two private accommodations making up Chalet La Douceur. When taken together as a whole property, Apartment Chez Joseph and its larger counterpart, Apartment Chez Germain can sleep up to 20 guests in total across 9 bedrooms.
The two properties share a garage with two car parking spaces each, as well as a ski room with boot warmers and laundry facilities.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to six guests on a self-catered basis only.
