The Property
Apartment Côté Confins is a spacious apartment situated within Chalet Le Bossonnet, a luxury chalet in La Clusaz. Organised over three levels and spread across 200m² the property blends traditional and modern features. It presents the perfect accommodation for a larger family or group of friends keen to spend their luxury ski holiday in France.
On the top level of the apartment, you will be welcomed in the open-plan living area. Here, a comfortable seating area, adjacent to the wood burning fireplace, creates the perfect space where to relax and catch up after a long day on the snow. Nearby, there is a large dining table and a modern fully equipped kitchen, allowing guests to prepare and enjoy their evening meals, while planning the next day's activities.
The large balcony and terrace areas will allow guests to appreciate the beauty of the nearby landscape of the Arvais valley and its surrounding mountains. For perfect post-ski relaxation, then guests can enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi which is found on one of the large terraces of the chalet. It's the ideal spot to soak away any aches and pains whilst enjoying a Champagne.
Apartment Côté Confins offers six modern and luxurious bedrooms, all complete of their en-suite bathroom or shower room. Equally split among the two levels, each room is similar in style and comfort, to ensure a well-deserved good night of sleep. To meet guests' requirements, all bedrooms, except the master suite, can also be arranged as a twin. One bedroom, located on the second level, benefits from an extra single bed, as well as, private access onto the apartment's terrace.
Guests staying at Apartment Côté Confins can also benefit from a shared sauna, located on the chalet's ground floor and perfect to soothe any achy muscles, at the end of an intensive day of skiing. Here there is also a shower and separate toilet available.
For larger groups, Apartment Côté Confins can be booked in conjunction with Apartment Côté Village, sleeping up to 9 guests. When taken together as a combined property, the two make up the whole of Chalet Le Bossonnet which can accommodate 22 guests in total across 10 bedrooms.
The two properties share a garage with one car parking spaces each, as well as a ski room with boot warmers and laundry facilities. Outdoor parking suitable for three cars is also available.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 13 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.

Location
Apartment Côté Confins is part of the luxury stand-alone Chalet Le Bossonnet, located in the heart of the exclusive resort of La Clusaz.
The property find itself in a strategic position for ski lovers, being in a ski-in/ski-out location at the foot of the ski slopes by the Bossonnet ski lift, taking you to the nearby nursery slopes as well as the resort's wider ski area. From the chalet, guests will also be able to easily reach both the Platinoire and the Beauregard cable cars, right in the centre of the resort, with approximately 12 minutes walk (5-minute drive).
For skiers looking for gentle and wide pistes, the Confins Valley is at approximately a 7 minutes drive away offering some of the best cross country skiing. While for down hill slopes, the Balme's ski lift is at 6 minutes drive away from the chalet.
For easy access to La Clusaz's selection of bars, restaurants and shops, the resort centre is an approximate 10-minute walk away.

Apartment Côté Confins is an ideal base for a small group happy to be left to their own devices for an undisturbed and relaxing self-catered stay. Prior to your arrival and during your stay, the managing team are on hand to assist you with any extra holiday arrangements you may require. Let the team know if you need help sorting your ski essentials or may want advice on local restaurants or catering options, and they will do their best to assist you.
Whilst self-catered, you can still expect the property to be lovingly presented ahead of your arrival with beds made ready to dive into as well as having towels, bathrobes, and slippers at your disposal. Firewood and basic kitchen essentials will be given to help start off your holiday without having to dart to the shops straight away.
