The Property

Apartment Côté Village is a luxury apartment situated within the standalone Chalet Bossonnet in La Clusaz. Spreading across 150m², the property can comfortably accommodate up to 9 guests, making it ideal for a family or small group of friends looking to spend their luxury ski holiday in France.

Organised over three floors, the apartment blends traditional characteristics with a modern style. With a wooden structure, it's typical of traditional chalets in the region. On the top floor of the property, you will find a welcoming living space. A cosy sofa area provides plenty of seating for a small group and sits adjacent to the fireplace, creating a perfect base to return to after a long day of skiing in La Clusaz. On the opposite side, a classy dining area and a fully-equipped modern kitchen will provide everything you may need to prepare and enjoy your evening delicacies.

Apartment Côté Village offers many balconies and terraces to appreciate the stunning surroundings and snowy peaks. On the second level of the property, the largest terrace includes the private outdoor Jacuzzi and is an ideal way to relax and ease the pain of any aching legs after a long ski.

Within the property, there are four cosy double bedrooms, each with their own en-suite bathroom or shower room. Each of the bedrooms has been decorated in a similar style, presenting a calming space to unwind and enjoy your well-deserved night's rest. The rooms are equally split across the two lowest levels of the property and with two rooms being able to split as twins, there is good flexibility here to match your needs. One of the bedrooms, on the second level, also includes an extra single bed in its own charming alcove, ideal for a couple travelling with a child.

Guests staying at Apartment Côté Village can also benefit from a shared sauna, located on the chalet's lowest level and is perfect to soothe any achy muscles, at the end of an intensive day of skiing. Here there is also a shower and separate toilet available.

For larger groups, Apartment Côté Village can be booked in conjunction with Apartment Côté Confins, sleeping up to 13 guests. When taken together as a combined property, the two make up the whole of Chalet Le Bossonnet which can accommodate 22 guests in total across 10 bedrooms.

The two properties share a garage with one car parking spaces each, as well as a ski room with boot warmers and laundry facilities. Outdoor parking suitable for two cars is also available.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the property for up to 9 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.
