The Property
Chalet Belvedere is an elegant chalet finished in grey wood and offers beautiful touches from antique leather chairs to rustic style furniture. With five bedrooms, this chalet can sleep up to 10 guests and would be an ideal base for a family group.
The welcoming open plan lounge dining area has floor to ceiling windows which drape the whole living area in a sublime natural light, bringing the room to life. At the heart of this space lies the enveloping stone fireplace, which is a welcome sight after a long day skiing out in the cold. The dining setting is a comfortable space for your whole group to enjoy a meal together.
Parallel to the lounge area is a well equipped open-plan kitchen, ensuring that the buzz of the evening chatter also includes your nominated cook. Tying this welcoming area together are the large floor French doors, leading out onto a spacious balcony which looks out onto snow-capped evergreens and the mountains beyond. The perks of La Tania being a quieter village means that this scenic view is coupled with a harmonious atmosphere.
The ground floor is dedicated to relaxing. Equipped with a spacious TV room, which is a perfect place to enjoy some essential downtime. There is also an enticing sauna with abundance of space, which is the perfect place for a spot of rejuvenation. Outside, you are greeted by a commodious hot tub, which you will hear calling as you make your final descent down the mountain back to your personal paradise.
The first floor is designated to the comfortable and accommodating bedrooms. There are five bedrooms (sleeping 10), three of which are en-suite with king-size/twin beds and benefit from being supplied with rays of welcoming light from their shared balcony! Whilst the master bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom, the remaining two rooms have en-suite shower rooms. The master bedroom shares a private hallway connecting to the fourth bedroom, which is a single bedroom and ideally suited when you need a little person close by. In this room, there is an extra bed on the mezzanine or a pull-out bed too. The fifth bedroom is a bunk bedroom and is the perfect room for two children.
For convenience, the chalet also offers laundry facilities and a good size ski room with boot warmers to keep your gear dry and toasty.
The prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis with housekeeping (5 days), mid-week towel change and complimentary in-resort driver service
Location
Chalet Belvedere is situated on the edge of the Moretta Blanche piste in a private cul-de-sac, so the slopes are just a few steps from the chalet boot room. Although this is a red piste, the point that you join it from this gorgeous chalet is actually a rather gentle slope all the way down to the La Tania station. Getting two lifts from this station will take you over to the heart of famous Courchevel ski area and wider 3 valleys ski region. For beginners, you are also only 200m from the green La Fontaine piste for an easier ski home.
The centre is under a 10 minute walk, where the pedestrianised village offers a nice little selection of local shops, restaurants and bars. Between the all day in resort driver service and the ability to ski straight onto the piste will mean that there will be no need to walk anywhere if you don't want to!
Please Note: For the 24/25 winter season the bottom section of the red Moretta Blanche piste which the chalet sits alongside, below where the green Plan Fontaine piste intersects, will be closed due to resort development. The chalet comes with an in-resort driver service, running from 8:30am to 6pm (11pm on staff day's off), meaning you can still reach the La Tania gondola in a matter of minutes. Additionally, the main ski school meeting points are found a little up from the gondola station, near the bottom of the blue Folèyres and green Plan Fontaine pistes, which remain unaffected by the development works.

1 x Children's bunk bedroom (sleeps 2)
1 x Single bedroom with extra bed on a mezzanine level and a pull-out bed (on request).
Please note, the bunk bedroom and single room do not have a dedicated bathroom. There is a WC on the first floor, and they can use the shower room on the ground floor or share one of the other bedroom's en-suites.
