The Property
Chalet Osarcs boasts 280m² of modern luxury, an ideal ski in/ski out chalet in Les Arcs for larger groups. This magical chalet has 6 bedrooms, which can cater up to 12 guests, as well as several great wellness and entertainment facilities for a perfect luxury ski holiday in Les Arcs.
Contemporary designs elevate the main living area. Dark, modern textures and luxury furnishings mixed with smooth wood gives this space a lovely appearance. Wood beams and vaulted ceilings help emphasise the mountain hideaway feel of Chalet Osarcs, with the stylish fireplace also contributing. Comfy furniture fills the living room, allowing you to relax in style. In the evenings, gather around the large dining table and enjoy each hearty homemade meal. The sleek kitchen shows off a clean finish, fully equipped with everything you could need, and plenty of space for your meal preparations. For an added touch of luxury, an expansive balcony is found off the living area. Plenty of outdoor seating means a group of you can make the most of your free time and appreciate the unbelievable views of Les Arcs and the mountains that surround Chalet Osarcs.
Chalet Osarcs aims to offer guests a dream week away, with a wide array of wellness facilities provided. Whether you start with some quality family time in the pool, or your tired body is desperate for a relaxing session in the luxurious Hammam, Chalet Osarcs has it all for you. This chalet also includes a sauna for the perfect recovery session each day after skiing.
Chalet Osarcs is also an ideal stay for families. An impressive games room, which includes snooker, table football, a TV, and a bundle of fun, awaits your arrival. After a social session in the games room, you can all settle down together in the home cinema room for the ultimate cosy movie-going experience.
The six bedrooms that Chalet Osarcs houses are all double bedrooms, with room for a total of 12 guests. However, two bedrooms can also be arranged into twin rooms for added flexibility. All bedrooms have been beautifully designed and structured, with bold colours and stylish modern furnishings to accommodate your stay throughout the week. Each bedroom also has the luxury of a charaterful en-suite, with some being elevated by a shared balcony for you to use each morning and evening.
With Chalet Osarcs, a ski room is included, which also features a boots heater. This allows you to easily store away your ski equipment when you come off the slopes. Laundry facilities are also available.
Chalet Osarcs, Chalet Arc 1838, Chalet Arpozâ and Chalet Eden are all in the same hamlet. Therefore, all four neighbouring chalets can be booked together for larger groups.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the property for up to 12 guests on a self-catered basis only.
Please note, the chalet only offers pre-arrival assistance and in-resort concierge services when you opt into a concierge package. Should you opt in, additional services will be able to be arranged for you on request. (Package upgrades also available).
Location
Chalet Osarcs offers an unbelievable location in a small hamlet of ski in/ski out chalets in Les Arcs 1800, ensuring an easy start and finish to your day.
Ski in and out of the chalet by joining onto the Chantel blue run and have a peaceful ski down to the lifts, ski school meeting points and beginner's slopes. A variety of lifts in this area helps to cater for all abilities. The Rhodos button lift and Mélèzes carpet are both perfect for beginners wanting to build some confidence. More advanced skiers will be keen to use the Transarc gondola, or the Vagère and Carrely chairlifts, as it takes you high up the mountain for the perfect day skiing.
Les Arcs 1800 also has plenty of entertainment on offer. The Dahu gondola, which runs until 11pm, is a couple of minutes walk from the chalet and will take you down to the resort centre, where you will find restaurants, cafés and bars, a bowling alley, and a 3,800m² aquatic centre. There are also several ski shops a minute or two from the chalet. Traversing across the Chantel blue piste from the chalet will bring you directly to the après bar La Folie Douce Les Arcs.

The team is available to take care of everything with the accommodation before, during and after your stay, ensuring one of comfort and ease. In addition to having all the essentials taken care of, from bed linen on arrival, luxury bathroom products, towels, you will find extra little touches designed to bring a smile to your face.
At this luxury property, a concierge service is available on an opt-in basis. Should you wish for some form of pre-arrival and in-resort assistance, there are three levels of services available to you:
The Snow Pass covers your ski essentials, including the organisation of ski passes delivered to your accommodation and ski equipment hire for the duration of your holiday.
The Booking Pass includes everything that the Snow Pass does, with further assistance in booking numerous activities. From restaurant reservations on the mountain and in resort, to all important ski lessons for members of your party, and the organisation of grocery and bakery deliveries, the Booking Pass will have you covered. The team will also help with transfers to and from resort, arranging childcare for families with children, and booking of other non-skiing activities.
The most comprehensive option, the Serenity Pass, covers the first two passes alongside any additional chalet services. Catering options such as meal deliveries, private chefs, and butler services, as well as private transport options during your holiday can be arranged with the Serenity Pass.
Please note, additional cleaning services can be added without the need for any of the passes. The concierge passes allow for assistance with these services, but extra charges for these additional services will still apply. You can opt-in to or upgrade the concierge services at any time before or during your holiday, but for the optimum assistance, it is recommended you do so at the time of booking, so your in-resort team can best meet your requirements.
