Spanning 92m², K2 Apartment 14 is found on the first floor of the building and features three bedrooms, modern interiors and a south-facing balcony.
K2 Apartment 14 adopts a design of minimalistic elegance, with a bright and welcoming space to return from a day's ski. Large windows allow natural light to pour in, enhancing the open, airy feel while framing the views of the surrounding nature. Sliding glass doors also lead out onto a south-facing balcony, to admire your alpine surroundings. Back inside, the open-plan living area is spacious and comfortable. Whether you're settling down for a quiet evening with a book or enjoying a film with loved ones, the lounge offers a tranquil environment. Just steps away, the dining area provides a stylish space to enjoy intimate meals with family or friends. There's also a fully-equipped kitchen, towards the back of the room, for cooking preparations. Whether preparing an energizing breakfast to start your day on the slopes or crafting a gourmet dinner with local ingredients, this kitchen combines sleek design with practicality.
K2 Apartment 14 features three generously sized bedrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. With a clean, minimalist design complemented by reclaimed wooden cladding, the bedrooms create a serene atmosphere, offering a peaceful retreat to rest and wake up refreshed to start your next adventure. The property includes two fixed double beds and a double/twin room, offering flexible arrangements for families or groups of friends. Each bedroom enjoys access to a balcony, providing the perfect spot to take in the fresh alpine air.
For convenience, K2 Apartment 14 benefits from facilities found in the Annapurna Residence building, that's located in the centre of resort. Throughout your stay, guests will have use of an underground parking space, ski locker and access to the Vina Annapurna bar and restaurant.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of the apartment for up to 6 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis only.

Location
The K2 Residence in Les Gets sits in a prime location for skiing in the Portes du Soleil. The Perrières Express chair lift is closest to the building, just 400 metres away (an approximate 5-minute walk), to begin your ski days almost immediately. At the end of the day, the blue Vorosses piste allows the whole group to finish at the foot of this lift. For non-skiers, the 4 Saisons Luge run can also be found here.
Alternatively, Les Gets' resort centre and main snow front is found a 3-minute drive or 15-minute walk away, and features a beginner area and access to the Morzine-Les Gets ski area via the resort's main Chavannes gondola. Here, guests also have the chance to explore a collection of restaurants, bars and shops along the main high street.
For convenience, a free shuttle bus service to the centre of Les Gets stops just 450 metres from the residence building.

For those looking for a traditional luxury ski holiday, this stylish mountain home offers guests a self catered service with all the trimmings. From the moment you arrive into your luxury ski accommodation, the resort team will ensure you will be well-looked after. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a personalised welcome, complete with a welcome pack of essentials for the week, to ensure your luxury ski holiday begins in the best possible way! Beds will be made up for arrival and the property will be set up with all you could need, from luxury toiletries in the bathrooms to bathrobes and slippers for comfort.
The concierge service will be able to recommend and book any restaurant reservations, letting you experience the best bars and restaurants in resort and on the mountain for lunch and dinners. In addition to this, they are also on hand to assist with any queries you have about the resort and ski area. Additional services, including ski equipment rental, massage treatments, additional cleaning, baby equipment and additional parking, can be organised for you. Please note, this operator provides these additional services in-house, working with trusted partners in resort. Should you opt to arrange your own service providers, and they need access to the property (for example, in-chalet equipment fitting, massages and beauty treatments), this will incur an extra fee for access to the property. Should you wish to arrange an additional service that the operator are unable to provide (for example, private chefs), an access badge to the property will be provided at no additional cost, with advance notice given prior to arrival.
