The Property
Kinabalu Lodge Residence in Les Gets offers a prime location, excellent facilities and an incredible array of luxury ski accommodation. The residence has a total of 18 luxury apartments and 4 luxury penthouses that are well-suited to families and friends. Ranging from 52m²-319m², the properties accommodate groups of 4 to 16 guests, with plenty of options available for groups with varying group configurations.
Kinabalu Lodge Residence's classically refined wooden and stone facade unveils a glimpse of the bespoke, alpine sophistication that awaits inside. All the accommodation within the Kinabalu Lodge Residence exudes a contemporary alpine flair, utilising a mix of traditional woods, neutral colour palettes and cosy soft furnishings. A multitude of windows, accompanied by open-plan layouts, bring a light and airy feel to each of the apartment's main living spaces, creating the perfect place to unwind and socialise with the whole group. The space features everything guests could need for a self-contained stay, with snug TV lounge area's to relax within, dining area's for intimate meals and fully-equipped kitchen's for preparing dishes. Some properties also benefit from fireplaces and access to balconies or terraces to further enhance their spaces.
For additional luxury, a selection of properties in the Kinabalu Lodge Residence take advantage of their own private wellness facilities. After a tiring mountain day, there's no better spot to unwind than in the warming bubbles of the outdoor hot tubs (property dependant), found on the balconies and terraces that adjoin the main living quarters. In addition to this, the residence building itself has a host of serene shared wellness amenities for all guests to enjoy, including an indoor swimming pool, indoor hot tub, sauna and steam room. In Spa Kinabalu, there is also a massage treatment room and fitness area for guests, should they wish to book any sessions with spa therapists or fitness instructors.
There are plenty of amenities on site to ensure your holiday is as care-fee and easy to enjoy your time as possible. Kinabalu Lodge Residence's guests have access to the two on-site restaurants, 'La Bokka' (Evening only), an elegant trattoria which serves Italian cuisine and Vina Annapurna restaurant and bar, for gourmet meals served either at lunch or dinnertime. There is also the 'Annaski' ski shop and rental hire, where guests can browse any ski gear required for their trip.
Kinabalu Lodge Residence has a total of 22 private units, available to cater to a range of flexible group configurations. There are 18 luxury apartments, ranging from two-bedroom to four-bedroom options, and 52m² to 134m² in size, to sleep between 4–9 guests. Additionally, four luxury penthouses further enhance the selection for guests; the smallest is 82m² and sleeps 4–7 guests, whilst the largest covers 319m² for 10–15 guests. Many of the apartments and penthouses at Kinabalu Lodge Residence feature a mix of double and bunk bedrooms, making them ideal for groups of friends or families looking for the perfect ski holiday to Les Portes du Soleil.
The residence also has a reception and concierge area and elevator, serving all 4 floors. Each accommodation comes with laundry facilities, a ski locker and an underground parking space, for those who decide to drive to their luxury ski holiday.
Prices are based on the exclusive use of a private apartment in the residence to include daily breakfast delivery, daily housekeeping and in-resort shuttle service.
The apartments are also available on a self-catered basis with mid-week housekeeping.

Location
The Kinabalu Residence boasts a highly accessible location in Les Gets. Found on Rue des Grandes Alpes, it is just a 5-minute walk from everything you could desire for your ski holiday.
The closest ski lift, Mont Chery Gondola, is located 150m away or 3-minutes walk. Alternatively, Les Gets' main snow front can be reached via an approximate 5-minute walk (400m away). Here, guests can use the Chavannes cable car and Chavannes Express chairlift to access the Morzine-Les Gets ski area. There's also a number of drag lifts found at the snow front, suitable for beginners to practice.
Les Gets' main high street, with an array of shops, bars and restaurants, is an even shorter walk, perfect for those who want to be amongst the action and close by to explore this wonderful French resort.

From the moment you arrive into your luxury ski accommodation, the resort team will ensure you are well-looked after. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a personalised welcome, complete with a welcome pack of essentials for the week, to ensure your luxury ski holiday begins in the best way possible! Each morning, daily breakfast will be delivered to your accommodation, providing the perfect fuel for those long ski days. The concierge service will be able to recommend and book any restaurant reservations, letting you experience the best bars and restaurants in the resort, and on the mountain.
For ease of access, and on request, an in-resort shuttle service will transport you from the chalet to the ski lifts and village. Operating between 8.30am-6pm, you will have easy access to make the first and last lifts of the day, before returning to your chalet to unwind.
The chalet team will conduct daily cleaning and end of stay cleaning, to make sure your luxury ski accommodation is well-looked after during your stay. On request, a mid-week linen change can be offered.
For those looking for a traditional luxury ski holiday, this stylish mountain home offers guests a self catered service with all the trimmings. From the moment you arrive into your luxury ski accommodation, the resort team will ensure you're well-looked after. Upon arrival, guests will be greeted with a personalised welcome, complete with a welcome pack of essentials for the week, so you can begin your luxury ski holiday in the best possible way! Beds will be made up for arrival and the property will be set up with all you could need, from luxury toiletries in the bathrooms to bathrobes and slippers for comfort. The team will even be round for some mid-week housekeeping, a nice refresh to the property halfway through your holiday.
This operator allows you to tailor-make the holiday you desire. Additional services can be arranged (at an extra cost), including ski equipment rental, massage treatments, additional cleaning, baby equipment and additional parking, can be organised for you. When enjoying the self catered service, the in-resort shuttle service can also be arranged at an additional cost. Please note, this operator provides these additional services in-house, working with trusted partners in resort. Should you opt to arrange your own service providers, and they need access to the property (for example, in-chalet equipment fitting, massages and beauty treatments), this will incur an extra fee for access to the property. Should you wish to arrange an additional service that the operator are unable to provide (for example, private chefs), an access badge to the property will be provided at no additional cost, with advance notice given prior to arrival.
