The Property
Chalet Amanda is one of the more modern luxury chalets in Megeve, it has all the latest features and facilities one could possibly need on their summer holiday to Megeve.
You enter the chalet on the first floor, this is where you will find 5 of the 6 bedrooms. You have two family suites which are made up of a large double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and have an adjoining twin room, ideal for children. There is also a double/twin room on this floor which has an en-suite shower room.
On the second floor of the chalet is the living space, you have a large seating area on one side of the room which has views over towards the Jaillet side of Megeve. There is also a balcony which laps up the sun all day thanks to its south facing aspect. The dining table is large and spacious enough for 12 guests. A great benefit of Chalet Amanda is that is owned by a local family who also own one of the best Pizzeria's in Megeve, they even made the chalet's kitchen to the highest specification.
Also on the second floor is the master bedroom which has a large en-suite bathroom with walk in shower and a sizeable dressing room. The large outdoor hot tub is accessed just off of the dining area.
The ground floor of the chalet is where you will find the spa and entertainment area. The property features a large heated indoor swimming pool with counter current next to an inspiring mountain photo backdrop. There is also a sauna and hammam steam room in the spa which is ideal for recovery after a long day exploring the mountains of Megeve. Should you wish to work out whilst on holiday there are also gym facilities available to you.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet on a self-catered basis with daily housekeeping. Additional service available upon request.
Location
Chalet Amanda is located in the Rochebrune area of Megeve and is very close the the lifts, no more than a 4 minute walk. You can walk into the centre of Megeve in around 10-15 minutes, walking back is a bit longer as it is uphill.
