The Property
Chalet Altius is a luxury chalet in Méribel offering up to 12 guests a fantastic location, soothing spa facilities and a multitude of stylish living spaces to enjoy. The chalet welcomes up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms, this spacious mountain home is well-suited for a big group of friends looking for a luxury ski holiday in Méribel.
The chalet covers four floors and 400m² of space, with the main living spaces found across the first floor of the chalet. Typified by a sleek, modern design, the spacious living areas incorporate light wood and vibrant, contemporary furnishings to expert effect. Natural light floods into the main lounge, which features tall, slanted ceilings and a warming fireplace that makes for an inviting, sociable space. The primary lounge sits on a split level, slightly lower down from a second, cosier lounge area. Between the two a corridor opens to the suave bar area, which leads into the dining room, a large open space with colourful furniture and ample room for 12 guests around the dining table. There is a large modern kitchen, closed off and fully-equipped, ideal for whether you take the property catered or self catered. This living floor also benefits from a wide balcony with a south-facing aspect and loungers to catch the sun and drink in the brilliant mountain views.
Situated the floor below, on Chalet Altius' ground level, a delightful wellness area awaits for some calming post-ski relaxation. Guests will have the option of a relaxing soak in the indoor hot tub, or choose between the sauna and steam room for some revitalising treatments. There's some cardio and weight gym equipment, a refreshing wellness shower, and also a separate massage room for any extra spa therapies.
Head down a floor again to the basement, and you will find an additional lounge space, set up as a dedicated TV room. This room offers comfort and privacy and is the perfect spot for a cosy movie night without being disturbed by the other guests of the chalet.
Chalet Altius contains six bedrooms overall, 5 double rooms and a bunk bedroom, offering the capacity to sleep up to 12 guests in total. The top floor features a roomy Master suite with all the luxuries, including a private balcony, dressing room, and stylish en-suite with freestanding bathtub and walk-in shower, The other five bedrooms occupy the ground floor of the chalet, each with direct access to a terrace or balcony. One of the double rooms and the bunk room share a bathroom, perfectly set up as a family suite, with the rest offering en-suite facilities.
Fo practical purposes, guests of Chalet Altius have the use of laundry facilities and two parking spaces in the chalet's garage. There is also a ski room with boot heaters on the basement level to store your equipment on return from skiing in Méribel.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and includes full gourmet catering, selected complimentary drinks, in-resort chauffeur service and two days complimentary ski instruction.
This chalet is also available on a self-catered basis, to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
Location
Chalet Altius is located in Méribel in a fantastic location, close to both the pistes and the centre of the village.
The chalet is ideal for skiing, located just a two minute walk to the blue Doron piste, from which you can ski down to the central Chaudanne lift hub. Alternatively, the Chaudanne can be reached via a 5-minute chauffeured drive.
The busy resort centre of Méribel, with the main selection of bars, restaurants and shops, is just a 3-minute drive from the chalet. You can also reach this in a 10-minute downhill walk, with the uphill return journey taking slightly longer.

On your fully catered chalet holiday, you can expect high quality food and drink for each meal that is included. Daily cooked and continental breakfasts created with healthy, local ingredients will be laid out each morning to set you up for an exciting day on the mountain. On return from skiing, afternoon tea will feature freshly baked sweet and savoury options, a delightful treat to look forward to on 6 days of your stay. On 6 evenings dinner is provided, a bespoke menu tailored to your group's preferences, dietary requirements and wishes. The excellent chef team will use locally sourced, seasonal produce, paired with European wine selections, for a holiday menu of your choosing.
This luxury alpine chalet comes with a dedicated driver service in a 4x4 vehicle. Running from 8am to 1am, this chauffeur service makes it easy to get from your chalet to the slopes and back, as well as explore all that the fabulous resort has to offer.
The pre-arrival concierge service is there to help organise activities, restaurant bookings both on the mountain and in resort, setting you up for the week with all your ski essentials, and generally helping organise your holiday to be as hassle-free and straightforward as possible. Once in resort, you will be welcomed to your chalet by a personal concierge. As well as having expert knowledge of the chalet and resort, ready to provide you with any help you need during your holiday, they will also be a highly qualified ski instructor, on hand to provide complimentary ski instruction for the first two days on the mountain. They can act as everything from a mountain guide to show you round the ski area, be on hand to help improve your technique, or take the kids off for their first ever lesson. Should you wish, the option to extend this ski instruction beyond two days is possible, just let the team know pre-arrival if this is something you're interested in, and this can be arranged for you at a supplement.
Available for a self catered luxury ski holiday, you can expect daily housekeeping services to keep the luxury property in spotless condition all week. The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
