The Property
Chalet Caribou is a luxury self-catered chalet in the attractive hamlet of Méribel Le Raffort. The property offers a characterful Alpine feel and the added luxury of a private wellness area. There are 5 bedrooms over its three floors, offering accommodation for up to 10 guests, making it both suitable for friend groups and families.
The main open-plan living area of Chalet Caribou is on the first floor and features a large living area facing the picturesque snow swept scenery and fireplace. The lounge has two plump contemporary style sofas, and a stylish cow hide armchair, making a perfect place for your group to recline and relax. At the opposite end of the floor is the characterful dining table made with large single cuts of hard wood, adding a natural elegance to your delicious dinners. Bridging the lounge to the dining area is the chic, fully-equipped kitchen. Its natural stone worktops, washed green cabinets, and island with a raised breakfast bar create a classy social cooking space, perfect for people to join you to enjoy an apéritif as you cook. Leading outside, there are balconies to the front of the property, or a discrete alfresco dining terrace,found off the kitchen, which seats up to 8 guests, a lovely spot to enjoy a scenic sunset.
On the ground floor of Chalet Caribou, the group can make the most of a private sauna, where you can relax, unwind and ease any aches or strains after a long ski day. For further spa relaxation, the master bedroom benefits of a private Hammam steam room.
Chalet Caribou's five inviting en-suite bedrooms continue the cosy alpine charm of the chalet with their reclaimed wood interiors, including some high vaulted ceilings in the top floor bedrooms. Four of the bedrooms have en-suite shower rooms, and double beds, three of which can be configured as twins to suit your group's sleeping arrangements. The master bedroom is on the top floor and is generously portioned, adding a sense of grandeur. This room comes with a large private balcony, and an elegant en-suite with freestanding bathtub and the chalet's Hammam.
For your convenience, self-driving guests have use of two indoor parking spaces during their stay. There are also laundry facilities a ski room and a small work space.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 10 guests and is offered on a self-catered basis to include daily housekeeping and mid-week towel change.
Location
Chalet Caribou resides in the quiet hamlet of Méribel Le Raffort, found shortly before you reach the main resort of Méribel Centre. Chalet Caribou is positioned just 4-minutes walk from the Olympe gondola station, which will take you up to the Chaudanne where you can access all of Méribel's main lifts. Skiing back into Le Raffort is also possible, snow permitting, along the Raffort blue piste.
If you're looking for some evening entertainment, Méribel Centre is a short 4-minute drive away, and offers a great selection of bars and restaurants as well as the noteworthy Parc Olympique, with indoor swimming pool, climbing wall, and spa facilities.
There is also a bus stop in Méribel Le Raffort to get around Méribel, just 2 minutes walk from the chalet.

Available for a self catered luxury ski holiday, you can expect daily housekeeping services to keep the luxury property in spotless condition all week. The property will all be set up ready for the week ahead with the finest linen and towels and luxury bathroom products, and towels will be changed halfway through the week.
The concierge service is there to help organise activities, restaurant bookings both on the mountain and in resort, setting you up for the week with all your ski essentials, and generally helping organise your holiday to be as hassle-free and straightforward as possible.
