The Property

Chalet Des Amis is a luxury chalet in Méribel with a name that literally translates to "friends cottage" and a more apt description would be hard to come by. With space for up to 15 guests across six bedrooms, there is no better place for large friend groups, groups of families and even corporate events to experience the height of luxury in this world-renowned ski resort.

The spacious open-plan living area of Chalet Des Amis is welcoming and luxurious in equal measure. The cathedral-like high ceilings and plush sofas provide elegance to this setting, while the wood-burning fireplace and sizeable dining table with space for up to 16 adds warmth and conviviality. The kitchen comes fully-equipped with a central island and unique swing seats to enjoy at your leisure. Access to balconies off this area provides an amazing panoramic view over Méribel and the mountains that surround it.

Chalet Des Amis is home to some wonderful spa and wellness facilities that will make your luxury ski holiday in Méribel a relaxing retreat. The wellness area is located entirely on the bottom floor of the chalet. A heated indoor swimming pool is a great place to head after returning from the slopes. A sauna offers cocooning warmth, while massage therapists are available to hire who will come direct to the chalet and provide pampering treatments in the dedicated massage room of the chalet. A fitness room with state-of-the-art equipment is also available to use. From this area you can also access the terrace and garden of Chalet Des Amis, where a traditional Nordic hot tub offers a relaxing respite.

Chalet Des Amis offers up a treasure trove of activities to keep you entertained in the evenings. Located on the same floor as the wellness area, the games room is filled with fun for the whole family, providing something for everyone from those looking for a bit of friendly competition to guests looking to just enjoy the fun. Table football, a pinball machine, games consoles, karaoke, pétanque and darts are just some exciting activities to enjoy as a group. There is also a cinema room situated on the floor above, where you can experience a private screening of your favourite movies.

There are six sumptuous bedrooms to choose from in Chalet Des Amis, all designed to be reminiscent of the finest 5* luxury hotels. Five double or twin bedrooms come complete with en-suite shower or bathrooms, with many of these suites providing access to the south-facing balconies. The last bedroom acts as a family room with a double or set of twin beds, bunk bed and a sofa bed sleeping up to 5 guests. This is the perfect space for families with little ones or even groups of friends who don't mind sharing together when the chalet reaches its maximum occupancy.

For practical usage, Chalet Des Amis comes with a ski room for equipment storage and boot warmers to keep your boots nice and toasty for the following day. Laundry facilities and outdoor private parking are also available. The chalet also offers a partnership with the ski shop l'Eskale, ski in ski out in the Chaudanne, so you can store your gear directly on the pistes. With this simple perk, avoid those trips back to the chalet for forgotten ski poles, and have your normal shoes ready and waiting for you in town, so you don't need to head home to change before it is après hour!

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the chalet for up to 15 guests and includes the services of a housekeeper for daily breakfast preparation and housekeeping. Food and drinks are charged in addition.

If booking ski hire with Ski Shope Eskale, you will also receive 2 x complimentary driver shuttles to and from the shop each day.
