The Property
Chalet Kalliste spreads across 400m² and sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 bedrooms. It is furnished to a high standard yet maintains a traditional alpine feel with wooden floors, stone and white painted walls throughout to help fit in with the beautiful surrounding settings of Méribel.
The open living area is a perfect social space that the whole group can enjoy. The living room offers plenty of seating for you all to settle into, with furniture placed around the stone fireplace. High vaulted, wooden ceilings allow for huge floor ceiling windows to spill through light and frame some breathtaking forest views that lay ahead of Chalet Kalliste. Large windows mirror the entire living area, which brightens up and lifts the room. Next to this, the roomy dining table will host all of the hearty meals that you prepare. The modern kitchen has everything needed for each meal preparation, including a lovely breakfast bar, which encourages conversation between guests and their cook for the evening.
Glass doors from the living area grant you access to the classy terrace, which gives you a more luxurious experience. Admire the surrounding scenes, whilst sipping some champagne and relaxing with a soak in the outdoor hot tub, the perfect way to recover after a great day skiing in Méribel with the family.
The six bedrooms all maintain the desired alpine feel with stone walls and smooth wooden elements. The double bedroom that occupies the top floor oozes comfort. Vaulted ceilings and a private balcony creates the perfect romantic setting. A lovely seating area is perfectly positioned to benefit from the warm fireplace. The three remaining double bedrooms stand out in their own way, with shared balconies and en-suite bathrooms. All of these bedrooms can be arranged into twin rooms for added flexibility. However, Chalet Kalliste does also provide a twin bedroom, which also features an en-suite, and a children's twin bedroom, making this property an attractive option for families.
To make your week as easy and convenient as possible, Chalet Kalliste includes a ski room, garage and laundry room for you to take advantage of during your stay.
For larger groups of up to 24 guests wishing to be close to each other, Chalet Kalliste is located next door to Chalet Kashmir, which also sleeps up to 12 guests.
Prices are based on exclusive use of the chalet for up to 12 guests and is offered on a self catered basis with mid-week housekeeping.

Location
Situated in the charming, quiet hamlet of La Gittaz, Méribel, Chalet Kalliste is a very comfortable, luxury chalet with stunning views towards the mountains.
There is a free bus stop before the road that leads down to La Gittaz, about a 10-minute walk from the chalet, with the bus bringing you to a number of different ski lifts. The Olympe 3 Gondola is only a 2-minute drive away from Chalet Kalliste. The end of this gondola brings you to the main lift hub of La Chaudanne, near the centre of Méribel. At La Chaudanne you will find some good beginner's slopes. For more advanced skiers, the Rhodos, Saulire Express and Tougnette gondolas all take you further up the resort for a great day out skiing in Méribel. Alternatively, you can start your day from the Golf chairlift in Méribel village, 3-minutes drive away.
The centre of Méribel is a 4-minute drive away, which has many amazing bars, restaurants and local shops for you to experience when you are not racing down the slopes.
