The Property

Chalet La Chouette is a great property for large families or groups of friends up to 14 guests looking to be in a quiet location, yet within a short distance from a fantastic après scene. Perched on the mountainside, the chalet is a picture of serenity despite being just minutes from Méribel's lively centre.

Set over four floor, the property has been built to create the perfect luxury ski holiday in Méribel. Even though, at first sight Chalet La Chouette appears rather modest and unassuming, upon entering, guests will immediately realise this is certainly not the case. An extensive open-plan lounge area will welcome you inside the chalet, with natural light sparkling from every angle thanks to the floor to ceiling windows that flaunt a breathtaking vista. From there, take a seat on the cosy designer sofas and enjoy the panoramic views down the Tarentaise Valley and across to the Tougnète and Cherferie ski slopes. It is so inviting, you just won't want to get up! Here, the wood-burning fireplace creates an intimate setting ideal for cosy evenings with your group. Patio doors allow you to step outside the wrap around balcony and appreciate the stunning landscape surrounding the chalet.

Adjacent to the living room is the stylish dining area, where the whole group can continue their after-ski conversations while indulging on the evening's delicacies. The dining room table can comfortably seat 14 guests, the perfect spot to enjoy the delicious meal cooked by your chef.

Relaxation is taken seriously at Chalet La Chouette as it boasts an array of wellness facilities for your rest and recovery needs. Grab your favourite tipple and step out onto the sprawling wrap-around sun terrace and take advantage of its south-facing aspect. While out there, why not immerse yourself in the bubbles of the sunken outdoor hot tub. Alternatively, head back inside to the sauna to further soothe any aching muscles. To ensure that you fully unwind on your luxury ski holiday, don't hesitate to ask the concierge service to organise an in-chalet massage for you. Post spa relaxation, the whole group can gather in the private TV room and watch your favourite movie or a new release you've been meaning to try.

After winding down, guests can head to one of the lovingly modern decorated bedrooms. Out of the seven bedrooms, 6 of these have en-suite bathroom facilities, whilst the other has a separate bathroom opposite the room. This room is also smaller in size and a perfect option for a children's bedroom on a luxury family ski holiday in Méribel. To meet guests needs, on request, four of the double bedrooms can also be arranged as twins.

With your convenience at heart, Chalet La Chouette also features a ski room with heated boot warmers to ensure your ski equipment stays dry and toasty for your upcoming days on the slopes. For those arriving with their own vehicle, a private outdoor parking suitable for two cars is also provided.

For larger groups wanting to be close to each other, Chalet Amarena (sleeps 10) is located on the same road as Chalet La Chouette, just 1-minute walk away.
