The Property

The Falcon Lodge is a luxury residence located in the heart of Méribel, only 200m from the ski slopes, and offers groups a perfect blend of private accommodation, high-end facilities and hotel services. With a collection of apartments, penthouses and chalets, it's an ideal base for both friend groups and luxury family ski holidays in Méribel. Across three floors, Falcon Lodge Penthouse B40 poses an elegant option for 8-10 guests, that's perfect for families and friends and even features its own private wellness facilities to make the most of.

Spanning 157m², Falcon Lodge Penthouse B40's interior adopts an elegant style thanks to it's light wooden tones, sophisticated natural palette and a multitude of picture windows. The spacious open-plan living area is located on the property's middle floor, and presents a delightful entertaining area with everything you could need. As you enter the room, from the stairs, grand tall ceilings immediately give an open feel. Beneath these, a homely lounge area welcomes weary bodies, complete with a collection of comfortable sofas and armchairs that reside in front of the fireplace and TV. To the centre of the floor, a long dining table seats the entire group for mealtimes, perfectly positioned next to the sliding glass doors in view of the alpine scenery outside. An open kitchen is tucked towards the back, with a breakfast bar and stools to ignite culinary conversations.

Leading out from the penthouse's main living area, guests will find a couple of sizeable outdoor balconies, one of which featuring an outdoor hot tub, which is the perfect place to admire the stunning mountain panorama views whilst soaking your weary legs.

Falcon Lodge Penthouse B40 accommodates 8-10 guests across four bedrooms that span all floors of the property. Each room displays a modern alpine style, with a multitude of windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The double bedroom, on the penthouse's top floor, is arguably the master, featuring high ceilings, a private balcony, dressing area and beautiful en-suite bathroom. For flexible sleeping arrangements, a twin room sits on the middle floor and shares an en-suite Jack and Jill shower room with an adjacent double. The final room is well-suited for families, complete with a double bed and adjoining children's bunk bedroom (sleeps 2).

For convenience, Falcon Lodge Penthouse B40 has private laundry facilities and an allocated parking space in the underground garage.

Guests can also benefit from various shared wellness facilities at the Falcon Lodge Residence, which include an indoor swimming pool, as well as a wellness area with a sauna, Hammam and massage treatment rooms. Within the residence, you will also find a well-stocked ski shop and equipment rental store, so you can easily sort any gear needed for your trip. During the stay, all equipment can be stored in the ski lockers with boot warmers.

Prices are based on the exclusive use of the apartment for up to 10 guests on a bed & breakfast basis to include daily breakfast delivery, daily housekeeping and use of the shared facilities, spa and in-resort shuttle service.

The apartment is also available on a self-catered basis with mid-stay cleaning.
